Pretty simple, tell us which one you like least and why.

I don't like Tyranids, because:

1) They hold guns like humans rather than having them built into their body
2) Some of the models are just hard as feth to glue onto bases (Hormagaunts)
3) THEY ALWAYS HAVE THEIR TONGUE STUCK OUT! WHY?!

People should either play proper FoW-style games or proper Sci-Fantasy madness.

An entire neither-here-nor-there model range for the ADD-hobbyists that cannot make up there minds is about the last thing 40K needs. And it isn't even pretty or cool.

But... but my beautiful Vostroyans! Why don't you like them? They like you!

I know the MCs are awesome (I've just spent a day and a half painting a looted Carnifex, and don't tell me it's illogical!) but some of the elements of the models just seem a little odd to me, like holding guns like a man would, the fact that their tongues are always stuck out like some sort of sick twisted man and the Hormagaunts and Genestealers are SO hard to base.

I'd put my vote for the IG. I do love some, like the stormtroopers and Vostroyans, but I really really dislike the normal Cadian troopers and the Catachans.

The normal ork boyz really don't with well with me. Comparing them to the rest of the line, I think they are just terrible.

Also I must mention my hate at the change of the Daemonettes to the monstrosities they are now. Slaanesh musta had a rough night with a chicken for those things to be made.

I would have to say SM are the most boring models...

They are ALL the same. You just splash a different colour of paint on them and they become oh so different from the other 44 gazillion SM players out there?

I think the nids arent that bad... The MC options are great, the troops selection is a bit of a snooze but overall they are ok.

Tau are in need of an update for sure but people still do enjoy to play against them and even seeing them on the table as they are rare these days.

I think maybe the SM being so boring is perhaps due to the over saturation of SM in the 40k world.

For me, it's the Imperial Guard. Cadians look OK, but don't really seem very '40k' to me. Catachans just look terrible. All the good looking regiments are either resin or metal and have a very limited range.

To make things worse, their vehicles look terrible. Once I noticed that they have no room for movement in their suspension at all, I just couldn't take them seriously. Back when the wheels were seperate pieces, this was at least fixable, but now it's a hell of a conversion job to get an IG tank looking as plausible as an Ork Battlewagon.

Other ones which bug me are the Space Wolves (terrible clash between high-tech and savage skin-wearing barbarian styles, unlike some other space marine ranges, which integrate high and low tech looks quite well), Dark Eldar (just for the terrible hair, really) and Chaos Marines (silly, silly helmets), but they are all a lot more easy to fix.

Everyone has a few duff-looking units, but those are the ranges which I feel really don't work straight out of the box.

Smaller than almost all other MC's in 40k, or is it even so that they are the smallest MC's? and is even smaller than most normal models (greater my ass).
Ugly outdated models that even thou should be ImO the icon for their god only comes in 1 or 2 forms (really the ever changing ways of chaos.... or not).
Metal models (the great unclean one could be used as a trowing weapon) i really hate metal models but resin is saddly worse.

Agree with it feels out of place for the nids to hold their weapons like humans, or maby since they used DNA of other creatures that do hold their weapons, its simply a result/defect of that?

I don't have a problem with Space Marines being visually boring. I have an Ultramarines army, sure. But I also have a Legion of the Damned army, and a Space Wolves 13th Company army. One is covered in hand-painted flames, the other has looted Black Legion armor plates to replace battle damage and can't include vehicles. Space marines are only boring in 5th Edition, where they come in the flavors of vanilla, red, or silver.

I say Tau. Even from the beginning they were uninspiring, especially the battlesuits. The only cool-looking stuff they have are the Kroot, or is from Forgeworld. They could be awesome, because I like their fluff, but they are pretty boring as models.

Also, I have always hated Chaos for their helms. I like the horned ones. It's the horned ones where they meet in the middle above the head, joined by a skull, that make my stupid alarm go off.

Tau. They just don't fit in with the aesthetic. It's like they just wanted to capitalize on the rise in popularity of anime in different countries, so they added it to 40k without trying to actually make it work.

IG are a close second, for many of the reasons already pointed out by others.

Ahhh, the grey chapter, a magical chapter that can change their entire genetic makeup to fit tactical requirements, including spawning tons of psykers!

Dark Eldar Wyches. Ugh.

The Greater Daemons. Ugh.

I'm not a big fan of the Chaos Space Marines line, a lot of the stuff is pretty outdated.
