Is 'Eavy Metal Calling?

UK

Here we go again! 2 days, 4 options, to pick the theme for next month's round! This month, your options are:

Not As Clumsy or Random: The lightsaber. The sniper rifle. The duellist's blade. The knife in the back. Your entry should feature a model toting weaponry that requires a great deal of precision and skill to use well, rather than that which relies on brute force or crude methods.

Impending Doom: Weapons capable of destroying entire armies, magic that can crack the most impenetrable bulwark, engines of destruction that sunder worlds, many armies boast among their arsenal ultimate tools of devastation. Whether wizard, warhead or warrior, bring up your biggest guns for this one and paint up something that threatens the mere existence of its enemies.

Up And Coming: New recruits taking their first steps into war, or inexperienced apprentices filling their master's shoes, there are always newcomers to the battlefield. Your entry should feature a model or models noted for their lack of experience.

Heroes and Villains: Among the endless legions of good and evil, there are those on both sides who stand head and shoulders above their peers to become true paragons of their ideals. Your entry should feature such renowned or notorious individuals.

Voted for Heroes and Villains simply because I don't have a huge amount of stuff that could work for the other ones.

Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

I would love to have Up and Coming go ahead so I can paint my scouts! I have something lined up special for a character paintjob but as my ongoing financial crisis continues I don't think I can justify shelling out £50 for the model, nor dedicate the time to give him the proper paintjob in only 2 weeks' evenings :(

Looks like heroes and villains so I'm thinking of going for the dragonborn Skyrim mini from Modiphius and a bones dragon I bought for him to fight when the rules are out.

If you add the pics to the Dakka gallery it imports the data from your device including the time the photo was taken!
