Oh, no, not sentient, just autonomous. SABRs are Semi-autonomous, meaning that they function without a controller, but not very well. They're intelligent enough to distinguish between friend and foe, and move slash take cover. Imagine how your Kastelan robots act without a controller. ANGLRs are fully autonomous, meaning they can fight perfectly well, and have incredible intelligence and tactical abilities, as well as network capability, but have no sapience.
