This thread never fails to impress - first the Buzzard, then the Orx-wing (w/ cigar no less), then Or-K8.

Or-K8.

Mind blown, I can't even (ok, actually I can, but still ... damn impressive).

... And the light artillery-piece is no slouch, either.

Actually, we expect to launch this about Christmas. We've just ordered the cutting mats. The final product is a bit changed from this, but I'm still open to suggestions.

Both awesome looking releases.
Next up, Escher's Staircase?

When looking for the new releases, I ran into one of Mousemuffins' old releases.....

Yeah, that's one of my favourites. Before I decided that 40K just wasn't doing it for me any more, I had plans to pick up one of those for my Orks and put tracks on it. May still happen on day...

To heck with orks - my brain immediately put it together with the Dreadmere expansion from the Reaper Bones 4 Kickstarter....
Spoiler:

So, now I have the seeds for a gothic-dieselpunk-horror setting!

I DID really enjoy painting this one.

So would people like to see work in progress pictures as we come up with ideas?

For example, the Wombat APC modification that is going through final fitting and some aesthetic modifications (for a spiky version).

We could keep it secret or share for fun. What do you think?

Someone linked this on facebook. This looks brilliant.

I've started making my way through this thread and found people mentioning warrmill to make shipping to the EU a lot less pricey. Is there a way to buy these at a decent shipping rate?

we offer free shipping over x number of dollars/pounds/euros. So a group order is probably your best bet.

So, shortly after the Wombat assault upgrade at the end of the month,(and a few other upgrade related bit and pieces) we have this:

The Chastiser Mobile Battle Church.

Nice. Although if the arch on the front is a drop-down door, I feel it maybe needs some spikes.

I really like that ship and the hover bus!

It is hard to imagine sticking MFD on a plastic model, though I have to admit that APC looks good. Especially the cathedral on tracks version.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Wow, that ship is nearly half a meter long!

I am reeellly Tempted to buy that kit just to have one because that looks super cool and some how fits the over the top nature of 40k. My only thought would be to add more of the 'tall' windows on the side between each of the small buttresses

Will we be seeing a version with the ridges from your preview?

I'd love to see a version based around the scuttle bug, with the iris hatches on the sides

Love the idea and execution, hope we'll see more mods in the future!

It's remarkable how well the MDF fits into the existing plastic. Nicely done!

Those kits look awesome! I didn't think the MDF and plastic would lend together well enough but they are great once they have had a splash of paint

Love the spilled drink!

*EDIT* Anyone that has ever been on a double decker knows how common those spilled drinks are... and how long the freakin' steps stay sticky afterwards.

We decided to remove the ridges because it leaves more room for custom painting/unit markings and it was pointed out that it looked a little too garbage truck.
