LavuranGuard,

You are helping win the war against the armies of the unpainted.

Nice work.

The Tartaros and Spartan look bad-ass! Good job on the named guys, too.

Captain, we're catching up on 6+ years of painting, so it's looking more impressive than it is, basically everything I've done 40k wise since I left BC.

youwashock, thanks, about to post up some more SoH, then we'll go on to sharing some of the other stuff for Orks and Eldar I haven't revealed yet (other than on my blog)

Volkite squad - lots of kitbashing here

Think that's all of the SoH stuff for now, probably have some Chaos and more Orks to share, but I'll try and intersperse those with the current projects, unless anyone wants to see RPG figures too?

Man I love the old jump pack style with the twin big barrels .

Your army is progressing quickly and looks wonderful, keep up the brilliant work.

That's about 30K worth of awesome. Love the Volkite squad, and then there's the Contemptor and The Man himself. Lots of good stuff.

You've been a busy boy. If you're interested, I'm 99% sure I have an old metal whirlwind launcher in my bits box somewhere.

thanks all! It's fast because we're playing catch up on the last few months/years...it'll slow down eventually!

Graven, thanks for the offer, I have one of those somewhere too - the one with 2 clumps of tubes? I'm thinking of using that for a Scorpius.

Currently spending a lot of time thinking about my list for the team event at Adepticon next year. My girlfriend is taking her Dark Eldar, so I'm thinking about CWE or Harlequins, but can't settle on a list. Also team member #3 is only a maybe and we're still short of #4...and then we need a theme...

In the meanwhile, since Chaos knights are currently cool..

One's printed at a much higher resolution, hence less grainy

Quick break from 40k, here's the first figure I ever owned, a Prince August Gaming female fighter. Repainted and rebased and now available for use in D&D/Pathfinder etc.

and here's the first fantasy figure I ever saw - old Grenadier Ogre, which used to belong to my best mate (he's since left the hobby). Again, repainted, rebased and the hammer haft repaired.

Wow, that ogre takes me back to a few old game sessions . Great work on him, I think our painting guru from way back had him painted red like an oni.

thanks everyone - definitely a blast from the past. As a kid I think we had painted this one in a bright green from Humbrol with yellow armour...nasty!

been away for a week, so nothing new has been painted, just a few things 3d printed, but I'll show those when they have some paint on them. In the meanwhile, some of my older rpg figures from the last few years. I like having a large stash of stuff to share, means I can keep this updated without killing myself to paint new stuff.

Reaper Bones an Aviatrix (not sure of the proper name for this model). Painted for Call of Cthulhu, Hollow Earth or Spriti of the Century - I forget which.

thanks!

Been super busy working on a few cool 3d printed projects, but no pics yet, in the meantime!

A toy dinosaur, given a quick paint touch up and based for Hollow Earth Expedition

Not amazing, but quick and cheap way to get creatures for those lost world type games.

Also this, Reaper Bones mini on a laser cut plinth, made fopr a mate who fell in battle

Big tub of them from B&M, pretty cheap. Out of scale ones go to the kids

Hopefully more 40k in a few days, in the meantime, an old Pathfinder figure, Drow Priestess. Wish I hadn't given away all the scenario, maps etc that came with this set of figures, when I wasn't playing Pathfinder.

Thanks, the pics don't do it justice.

Ok still no time for painting, but I have been printing like crazy, and I have some time off in Sept and Oct whilst between jobs so should get some painting done then.

Start of an airforce

Leviathan, downsized to Baneblade-ish size for ease of storage. Still need to remove the supports on the rear top, and arround the tracks.

Scary talented chap. Incidentally, did you see that Mad Cars have released an STL of one of their cars for free for Gaslands? Very snazzy.

Hope so, it's a real pain to clean up. It's from Thingiverse, but massively scaled up from the Epic model. Need to print he other hlaf and then the details, but each side is a 30 hour print at fairly low fidelity.

Hadn't seen that STL, wonder if it can be scaled for Route 666?

thanks, yes both would be used with Call of Cthulhu.

Hoping to have some completed new stuff very soon, in the meantime more rpg figures...
