my biggest pet peeve about warhammer. The people that participate in the hobby.
@ Ketara: Good on you for finally realizing the scum that is tournament players, Warhammer would really be better off if those mongrels all left to play Warmachine with the rest of the anti-social miscreants.

But if you post in an older thread (that you found using the search bar) you get shouted at for thread necromancy.
It basically means that newer people cannot discuss older topics without being complained at.
I got gripped for this the other day when I started a new thread.
Things that grip my goat are:
1) Hygiene. The smell from my FLGS could knock a fly off a bucket of gak
2) Strangers who pick up my models, then drop them. It took alot of self control to stop me from force-feeding that gak-turd the remains of Typhus.

People who say "soz".
And if people looking at you like a great unclean one while you are painting/assembling/playing with toy soldiers comes with the territory. If you don't like it I suggest a different hobby.

wrong. everyone is bad. Especially in the anti-social miscreant world of "Hobby Gaming".
The only reason this stuff exists is to rake in money from people that would otherwise never leave their house.

Ok so I got a new one thats been bugging me this past week. When people ask for C&C or "How can I improve this model?" such statements on their models. Then once you give them what you think will make the model look better, they dont even try to look into the advice, rather they turn away all advice as if their model already has it all and its perfect. It just drives me nutz, you want my opinion, I give it to you, you dont care... WTF?

The low-down scum that is pro-painted on Ebay. Pisses me off. To quote a member from another site, about one "pro" auction:
"Maybe he really was a pro-painter, but just before painting he got drunk had swine flu and his arms fell off while he was being told his wife wanted a divorce and she was taking the kids and then he painted the miniature with spray paint using his teeth to operate the nozzles, got paint in his mouth, fell over, landed on the mini, screamed, threw it at a freshly-painted wall and then blowdryed it and listed it as pro-painted."
Sounds accurate.
