Finished the missile launcher guy. Decide what i was going to do for bases and realized i lost my pva glue.

New primer. Can't beat $.96 a can compared to 15 bucks. Also figured out what i am going to do for my bases.

First test base. Just sand with a devlan mud wash. Thinking of using the burnt looking static grass in small to medium clumps.

On the whole this is a nicely modeled army, with alot of great touches.

Well about the chimeras its because i havent gotten my razorbacks yet. The first one arrives tomorrow after 5 es. Those belong to my guard which is on hold because i need money to start some vostroyans.

Added what grass i had i think the burnt stuff will look better.

Looks pretty good, i prefer my fists darker though. don't know what your formula is (i just started reading through this), but it looks like it works enough.

Edit: Just went through and scanned everything. Looks good, the older stuff (sternguard and kantor) are a more proper fist color. The assault squad looks too light, but it may just be a WiP as this thread seems to have a lot of them.
Overall seeing fists in progress encourages me to paint mine more.

I use necron abyss as the main color then highlight with enchanted blue and then wash with asuremen blue.

So far so good on the razor back.
