See below. It is mozzarella.

Melissia wrote:It's probably more culinarily accurate to say they're using low-moisture cow's milk derived mozzarella.

More accurate, perhaps, but kind of pointless don't you think?

Low-moisture mozzarella is just a variant of mozzarella cheese, made from a different kind of milk.

Actually low-moisture mozzarella doesn't have to be made from a different kind of cheese-- there is low-moisture buffalo mozzarella.

I like my fine cheeses, though I'm certainly not French enough to really get into it like some people.

By "different kind" I meant "whole or part skim" milk instead of "fresh pasteurized or unpasteurized."

I apologize if this was unclear.

I'd say most Americans haven't even heard of Vegemite let alone hate it. Most who have heard of the word probably just think its some quirky line in a Men at Work song from the 80's.

Yea, no

I had a buddy that spent a year working in Austrailia. He talked about Vegemite and Funnel Webs once while he was showing us what "The Goon" was (Which, by the way, is an awesome way to get smashed on wine in a bag). Apparently you spread butter on toast, and then put a thin spread of Vegemite.

Did he have it REALLY REALLY THICK? Cause if he didn't then THAT'S why it tasted bad. Got to have LOADS of it at once.

Right, a turd sandwich isn't bad because of the turd, it's bad because the turd isn't big enough.

Beer isn't bad because it's pisswater, it's bad because you haven't had enough of it yet.

Actually that last one works for some people.

The large amount of marmite at once will fry your tastebuds so you can't taste the rest.

Every alcoholic beverage I've tried tastes like gasoline to me whether it's vodka, wine, whiskey or beer. Except for those Liqueurs I like those, they're sweet tasting.

That's because you're doing it hor-bly rong.

For domestic, go with Stanley Park. BC Liquor stores carry it. So does the Liquor store at Lansdowne Mall and the one at the Westsyder. For imports, I reccommend shopping at Grasshopper's (In the old Keg. You know, the one on Summit just past the Hwy 1 overpass). Scoop up some Hobgoblin. You can thank me later.

Lemme state my unequivocal opinion on the subject:

Beer tastes nasty. No exceptions.

Any alcoholic drink that tastes good does so because it masks the nasty alcohol flavor, not because of the alcohol flavor. Even so-called good beers are nasty. I've only ever liked mixed drinks, and frankly, most of them would be better without the alcohol.

Mind you, I also dislike the taste and smell of smoke, even (or esecially) in BBQ (a light smoking is fine, but heavy smoking or especially charring is just nasty). My vices are in an entirely different direction than recreational drugs.

speaking of BBQ, today I learned (hands on experience) that BBQ smells EXACTLY like a charred human corpse.

Pfffft... it's not a vice unless it can kill you. The only potentially dangerous one you listed was PC games and that's only been proven lethal in Chinese and Korean players.

You're a chick, that's pretty much the reason they make coolers (Which taste like a spoonful of sugar and fruit juice IMHO)
