Cheers for the new pics that was just what we needed to see how good it is.
With the water is it taking ages to dry? Coz I might have to look into getting some...

The still water needs 24 hours to completely dry
Guess it depends on how big the surface is
Also think if you do like a small puddle it will dry faster then on a bigger surface.
Also it has to be brought up in thin layers 1 a 2 mm.

Awesome work.

So now the water is done i can start putting the dragons back on.
The blue one is glued in place again still need to find a way to get the black one on the base.
The rocks wich are holding the treestump and the dragon is hollow and iam not enthousiastic about gluing it on the cork rocks that are on the dio base.
Probably will fill up the cavity under the rock and pin it on the cork base we will see what happens ^^
For now i have some photo's with the blue dragon glued in place and the black one on the base for a dryfit and for tour viewing pleasure

First dragon done and also pinned the base for the black dragon.
Next up will be blending the black dragon base into the dio base cus lets face it a treetrunk sticking out of a rockplate cant be true ^^

Smart idea using the cork on the underside, I would have put in a plastic card insert then plastic glued the whole thing down.

Project gets close to finnishing some little things left to do

*Paint the claws on the wings of the black dragon
*Finnish the rider of the black dragon ( little bit of painting left and some part gluing)
*Blend in the plastic base of the black dragon with the dio base ( add some flock and rocks)
*Try and make some kick ass pictures when dio is done( sofar i found it a pain in the a$$ to make nice pics capturing all)
*And think about a new project probably wont be a diorama(already thinking bout the next model to get)

So time for the first update for 2015
Been working on the dragon and his base
Claws are painted and the base is blended in
And also started a new/side project the new BA termies(really lovin those new guys) trying some gold NMM on them c&c much appreciated.
Time to do some pic bombing hope you guys like it
