Great thread, you must never sleep! I love the painting advise you've been kind enough to share, can't wait to see the gold tutorial (I wonder if your method would work with silver as well?). How would you go about painting an army that was primarily black (if you don't mind me asking)?

So what made you decided to go with the Grey dark shadding to white on the wings instead of blue? I like how yours turned out I was just wondering I have always been a fan of the blue and white wings which is what I will be doing to mine so was just wondering your take on them.

I followed the guide in the white dwarf for the sanguinor for the wings.

Incredible work! That is some of the best metallic painting I have ever seen, I like how you did not use silver to highlight the gold. Very nice jump pack tutorial as well!

just read all 41 pages. Simply amazing!! I am currently painting my 4th army. I decided on Back2basic bases too. They look great on your models and I'm very happy I went that direction with my crimson fists. I totally want to do some jumpers now just to paint the engines!
Hopefully I get mine done for Adepticon or I will have to use my SoB or DE. Keep posting please.

Hmm i have something simular to that.... i have a binder of some really cool conversions that ive found over the years and other tutorials that ive come acrosst.
