Thanks Grim.

You can still get them on Ebay. It is getting harder, and harder, to track down specific models, it's still pretty easy to buy big lots of random models.

Some Dollar Store Halloween decorations, now serving a higher purpose as Frostgrave Ice Spiders

Oh look, an Ice Toad. Frog Legs for dinner !!

He started out as a D&D Gaint Frog, but through the magic of paint and brushes was transformed into a Ice Toad

Ice Toad Dinner. The real question is who exactly is eating who ?

Very nice terrain and minis!

I think your arches experiment was a success!

Forgive me now! Tomorrow I may no longer feel guilty...

Thanks ! I'm pleased with how it is coming along, so far, but it was suppossed to be more of a tower, and it ended up a building.

I found some Dragons at the Dollar Store. I have enough Dragon models, but I figured these would make great statues.

Your terrain is out of this world.

Great collection of minis too, really eccentric stuff.

This stuff is amazing, I'm gonna be using you for inspiration when I start making terrain for my table again. Splended work!

Yep great stuff as always!

I gotta get the frostgrave book, looks like a lot of inspiration available.

Thanks guys. It's good to hear I can sometimes inspire another's mad terrain creations .

Didn't work on terrain yesterday, but I did add a Construct to my warband and turned a childrens toy into nightmare fuel for my opposing warbands.

Here they are again, alongside some official Frostgrave miniatures, to better show their scale

The first pic also has a line up of a new style of base I'm experimenting with.

I like the construct. It says to me...warjack but doesn't look stupid... somehow. Good stuff. The snowy demon thing is also interesting. Looks kinda like something you'd see on the cover of a really old D&D manual, but blue.

That's really what made it appeal to me. It screams old school fiend, and not 40K creature of the warp.

Maybe I'm just getting too old for these new fangled demons the kids are into these days

Just remember than warp creatures can take any form, so it's cool to see some unconventional type demons rather than the usual suspects.

Don't let the madness end!

There is no end to the madness, it just sometimes changes genre.

Got about half of the roof on the Mausoleum finished. I'll try to get some pictures of it tonight, once it's finished.

Just realized that I've taken a bunch of pictures of it, but I can't find any of them.

FirstRoundFireball has posted a progress video for my piece of terrain they are working on

Did you zoom in on the arcane building ? You can actually make out the norse runes. It's the kind of detail you would expect on a resin piece, and not on some foam core creation.

Ahh yeah. In my phone it wasn't as obvious and looked like stucco, I see them now. Pretty neat.

Tonight, I hope to put the finishing touches on a tower I'm building for Frostgrave. It's 10" tall, has 3 levels that miniatures can fight on, and will have elements that are lit with LEDs.

Excited to see the lights, your work is amazing per usual.

Your in the same part of the country as me, what kind of bribe is needed to play on the terrain? Lol

Thanks Zfreie !

Although I would be fairly easy to bribe, we game in my home, late into the night, so our gaming club membership is fairly exclusive to the people my wife is comfortable with walking arounf my house unsupervised at 1am.

Adding the lights was delayed by me taking a night to play Frostgrave and following it up the next day with a marathon of the new Jessica Jones series.

I'll get some pics up Monday night.

Here's a quick Work In Progress shot of the tower. Assembled for a test fit, with a base coat of PVA and paint mix.

Also, just for fun, I had an idea while watching Jessica Jones and ran with it. My Wizard in Frostgrave has a spell that allows him to summon a wall. The summoned wall is 6"x3" on the tabletop. so I wanted to build a few, to have on hand for when he cast the spell. I've seen other people make plain walls, but I thought that boring, so I decided to have a littel fun with it.

I went crazy online shopping this morning. First, I caught Miniatures Market Black Friday sale a few hours after it started, but still scored some amazing deals. Bought Zombie 15, a Confrontation Starter Box, some Bones and Alchemy models all for more than 50% off. Then I spent an hour bidding on terrain making supplies on Ebay. Bid low on a ton of auction and still won on 100+ of them. I will have packages from China arriving at my house from now until half way through January.
