I'm average weight for my height and body type. I'm a tad overweight but my weight fluctuates alot cause Imz a growin boy.
I go from 140lbs to 160lbs but my weight is normally 155lbs

I'm 14 years old and 190 pounds.

But I am also 6'1" so it's all good!

I'm about 5'10 or so. Probably about 200 pounds. I used to powerlift in high school, but when I came to uni i was given the choice of... lift... or watch tv and eat... and the latter sounded more fun.

5'7" and skinnyfat. Kinda lame, but whatever.

I am large and metallic...a bit rusty in joints. Lotta sloppy marines will rust ya if you don't have a grot hose you down after a battle!

Seriously I used to be pretty fit up until I got hospitalized! I still ate like I was hiking/jogging daily. Well I cut my calorie intake and am at 200lbs 5' 10 inches. Still 10 pounds over my normal weight, but will get that back next fire season.

Im in the middle of normal and under weight I think

When we did BMI in biology, ugh, I came in one and a half under the lower bound for normal, so slightly underweight. That said I exercise nearly never although I am a 6'2"

From what I've heard, BMI isn't really a good way to figure out if you're in the right zone or not...

High metabolism ftw. Slaanesh has gifted me with the gift of being able to eat what i want, no matter of its mcdonalds or my moms food but i bieleve this thread is lacking the " HAS MUSCLE RAWR! " option.

BMI is basically a measure of your weight, given your height. It doesn't measure body fat, it's just a simple ratio (I believe).

Alpharius is right. It's actually fairly inaccurate when it comes to measuring health, as a very muscular (low body-fat) person may rank in the overweight category, despite being in great shape.

Average build, I guess. Nothing to write home about.

Slap bang in the middle of the recommended BMI. People (usually fat) always think I'm underweight though.

Im underweight, not the largest guy ever, 5'8" around 115-120 I fluctuate in weight 5-8 pounds a day as all I drink is water lol. Im usually in the low 20-30 percentile on average weight to height and im a BMI of 17 when i should be 21. Its all due to my metabolic rate and thyroid though, I eat massive amounts of food and nothing happens. I dont look underweight, just slim and I'm athletic which helps me with what little weight I have, 7% fat in my body lol.

Military keeps me in shape 6' 2" 185 lbs

Body Mass something . Its basicly tells you how much you should weight according to you height . Although it does'nt take in if your msall and very muscular , or very tall and skinny ,

Body Mass Index. as in how you add up to the average of your peers according to your height/ weight.

Dunno, might be a bit underweight so that. About 5"9 and 55kg's.

I'm at the very low end of "healthy weight,"according to those height/weight BMI charts back in high school health class - about 6'1" and a little under 150lbs. Born huge, been thin as a rail since the baby fat came off and I started really growing. It's all metabolism. Back when I was training hard for soccer I'd eat like a horse, doing 2 miles, 450 push-ups, and 600 sit-ups before we started practice, which ran 6 days a week. I was strong, I was fit, and I still never broke 150 pounds. Whether fat or muscle, I just don't get particularly big. You can see a difference in my build since then, but it's not that significant.

Well I'm quite muscular and I'm in a good shape(six-pack and those things).

according my BMI i'm 10 Kg more than normal, but well, a bit overweight, but wide back and muscle bounded, so... , not bad, could be better, but i feel lazy for it

Height 6 FT 1/4 IN Weight 145 pounds.

All my years (20+) in martial arts, army, and a stint in pro wrestling I am 6ft2, 215 lbs with nerve dmg to left arm from all this athetic stuff. I am still just 5-10 lbs over weight for the last 10 yrs. Me now working as a chef downtown for 3 yrs I need a vacation at the gym lol....so I guess I am a CSM.

6 foot 4 and 175 pounds, ( 12.5 stones I guess) on the BMI index I used I came out as the 50th percentile so exactly average. I am fairly fit, not overly muscular but not fat in any way.
