I am not a body builder but I lift daily and have played rugby most of my life so I am not far off most body builders. My chest measures 56 inches and my waist 40, gives you a good idea.

i actually used to be a competitive bodybuilder for about 5 years....and ive been playing 40k since 89.....i love breaking stereotypes!

My last medical visitation listed me as normal.

I'm skinny, but not athletic. My BMI index is still in the "normal" range. I'm trying to exercise more lately, but it's been hard with my recent traveling. I run and bike a lot, but I need to hit the weights more.

For fat people, try eating pickles and sauerkraut. They contain a bacteria called Lactobacillus plantarum that destroys other bacteria which slow down metabolism.

Slightly overweight, in other words.

I'm 5'7, and 170 ish pounds. According to the BMI chart, I'm Decidedly overweight. However, I just ran a half marathon two weeks ago, eat healthy, and exercise regularly. I feel like for my build, I'm in good shape, yet technically, I am indeed overweight.

I'm 5'6'' and 165(was 170+). BMI says I'm overweight, but a body-fat comp of 6.5% says otherwise, yes I am a bodybuilder. I was also a competitve hockey player and BMX racer, and I do stuff like DH biking and hiking up mountains. Not your typical "gamer", so I break the steryotype I guess, somebody has too

I am very lanky!

Athletic. I'm a rock climber/drummer and I regularly attend the gym. So I probably weigh more than some due to muscle volume :3

I know a one time college football player and weight lifter who is a gamer, and two or three Pro Wreslters (Indy Wrestling, not WWE) who are gamers.

6'1", 250 lbs of workers muscle, and a little beer tire. My wide shoulders and natural build predicate that I will forever be "overweight", even at 3% body fat, were I interested in obtaining that.

6'1" and thin at about 164lbs

It's possible if I ate more completely/heartily and were more active, I could stand to gain about 10lbs or so.

I am almost only skin and bones. I have only enough mussel to carry my metal models. I am 20 pounds underweight. I am not being dramatic! I am also sonshort I cant reach the gaming table without standing on.my tippy toes. That time I was being a little dramatic.

I dunno, I put normal weight because it's proportional but I am heavier than most my age. I'm a teen, 5 foot 7 inches and 120 pounds.
I eat a helluva ton of food though. Not looking forward to when my food catches up to my age and weight.

6'2", 190, about 9-10% body fat, I think exercising 5+ times a week between running, lifting and cycling plus healthy eating to counteract the beers has helped. Also occasional periods of job related starvation.

I think this doesn't REALLY show much for results. Most Americans (in particular) who are overweight don't consider themselves obese, though they very well maybe.

Remember... if you're the average height of 5'9" (1.75m) then your expected weight should be ~160lbs (72.57kg). If you're at 192 lbs (87.09kg) then most places would consider you clinically obese. I feel like most people I game with are slightly to much heavier than I am (I weight ~165lbs). Hopefully the results of the polls are accurate and I play with the minority of people who are overweight.

Not sure if I said it already, but yeah, I'm overweight. Technically.

I think part of it is that people don't think that they're Overweight or Obese if they're active (though 'level' of activity is subjective), though they may be technically obese.

I had a friend who was so 'overweight/obese' that he actually had a Handicapped pass- he was also on the school Mucking (mining competitions- breaking rocks with hammers, carrying railroad ties, etc.) team and, essentially, a Bear.

I am as average as they get

6'5 and rather overweight, obese even, For my size i'm rather athletic but i'm just too damn lazy to lose weight.

I'm smack bang on just above average, 19.9 BMI, 5 ft 9 tall and about 11 ish stone, closer to 12 I think.. I'm athletic as hell though, I came 3rd out of all of the air cadets in the 1500m can't swim very well though..

Normal is my bodytype if the BMI index is to belived.

I'm overweight and that's for sure. I'm 6'1-6'2 and I weigh 225-233 pounds, depending on what I'm wearing when I'm on the scale/other factors ect.

Atleast I'm not afraid to admit it. I'm also not the only overweight person at the local game store.

I am overweight, although slightly miffed that' Awesome' was not listed as a body type

Athletic is where I'd put myself if it was a perfect poll, but I'll go with average.

I consider myself decently fit and strong, but by no means jacked.

Well, according to a doctor's chart, I am very overweight. I go about 6'2"-6'3" and weigh around 235-240. That said, I do not have much fat on me, I work a physically demanding job and carry a lot of muscle.

Charts are bad at giving you accurate info on this subject.

Years ago, when I was a wee lad, I had a teacher that, according to charts, was very overweight. This teacher had lower than 5% body fat at the time, and at one time was rejected from the US olympic swim team for having too low of a body fat. The guy was very broad in the shoulders and quite muscular.

6'1" and I average 185-190 dependant on the day.

Athletic build, I climb lots of rocks haha, climbs the largest man made rock wall in the world, 200 feet about the ground.
