At this precise moment in time, it's lack of time, got exams to study for, but soon I will have graduated from University, will be looking for any job and whatever that job will be will be unlikely to pay enough to fund minis as well as food/rent/whatever.

Money is always an issue, but the cost merely stops me from buying boxes upon boxes of models of models that will take me forever to build/paint. As long as I keep it in reason I can easily maintain my army by buying new stuff once a month.
By far the biggest "hole" in my hobby is people to play with. Right now I get out and play one night a week at a LGS that is almost an hour away. If I people around my house that would play I would be able to get in some games on the weekends when I have nothing going on. I would really like to be able to play like I play my xbox, when I am bored and have nothing else going on.

I stopped wargaming for a few years because the people that worked at my local GW turned into fethheads after a really really good manager left. That really put me off it. But now getting back into it the only thing stopping me is money.

The problem with money is not that I don't have it, it's just that there are around 3 more important things I have to spend on. I always know that though, and that's the great thing about wargaming: I don't have to be super-regular to enjoy it.

I am not the average. for me lack of interest is holding me back. if i really was to pursue getting a game going, it would probably happen, but i also face limits on my time and my freinds are now more into playing MTG than playing 40k. plus they whine a lot about stuff. I whine too sometimes but there has been some real negative attitudes lately and its a bummer. Therefore ... i dont really have motivation to play.

Plenty of all except time,
I work 10 hours a day 6 days a week so when i'm off i'll be taking care of usual stuff or spending time with wife.
That means almost no time for wargaming/hobby stuff except an hour or 2-3 on a weekly basis.
Sometimes when i'm off and then i'll be gaming/painting @ local flgs

I clicked money since im jobless at the moment, but time and location are also pretty big factors. College is taking up a pretty big chunk of wargaming time, and the closest FLGS is a 30-40 min drive away.

For me its not having anyone to play with, the local GW store is quite small and hard to hang around there all day waiting for people to turn up wanting a game. I guess I should be less shy and just try and set up my own gaming night at my place.

I put down lack of interest. I've just been in a slump lately, especially with painting. I'm not usually willing to put an unpainted army on the table, so I've just been playing the same old lists once in a while. The painting backs up, I get frustrated, I lose interest, and the cycle repeats.
