Everyone that goes needs to be on the same page about not getting provoked into doing something stupid.
This is a chance for the hobby and for geeky nerds every where to attain a certan level of cool by joining the likes of OZZY and other Rock legends in that they have been picketted by a church.
Thats right guys, ya'll are about to become rock stars.

I saw the comment, but was following the guidelines of our church's original mission of claiming and cleansing non-sensical threads or threads that had gone horribly off topic. As such I did not feel the thread had become Pie-worthy and passed on making comment for not wanting to pie prematurely.
If my brothers in the church feel that I have transgressed against the Holy Pie that us named turtle then I will pledge to claim the next Litgo thread in our church's name as an act of contrition.
All praise the Eternal Turtle Pie. May the Unending Turtle+3.14 be with you.

Someone needs to start threads on the various different forums or even a website for the organisation of this. It's all well and good talking about it now, but when it comes to the actuall convention you'll all just stand around doing normal things and occasionally casting an ominous glance in their direction, but basically just ignoring them.

You may recall that the noted fuckheads of the Westboro Church had announced they were going to be protesting the San Diego Comic Con today, since every attendee worships Batman as the divine creator of the universe or something. Well, I'm not going to dignify them with a picture of their "protest," but it included all of three people, holding five offensive signs. But right next to them?
...More than 100 nerds, mocking the donkey-caves beautifully. As I type, they're still out there, holding signs like "Superman Died For Your Signs" and "God Loves Gay Robin." They are awesome and I love them. And I'm pretty if God is out there, he loves 'em too.
