Kinda thought they'd start off a little stronger than this, but we know there are more reveals to come. Just a weird order to present the stuff.

Start from small toward big news. That's pretty normal. Were there for example 9th ed announcement you can bet it would be last.

I wouldn't be expecting anything like that right now. When it comes to presenting reveals like this, though, you're better off spreading the larger reveals fairly evenly throughout the presentation to hold people's interest and let them stand on their own rather than cram it all into the end where people might have stopped watching.

Even then it works. Not that big animation(?) things, their 2nd main game news, specialist games. Guess next 40k?

His armour and sculpting looks great, I just want to modify his pose.
FW Primarchs tend to have notably awful poses. Compare this to the non-static but far more terrible Russ, I think this easily wins, and I generally prefer the static Primarch poses (eg Dorn, Lorgar) to the dynamic Primarchs (eg Vulkan, Fulgrim) with some exceptions.
Russ' loping gait is perfect though.
Yeah especially with the axe swinging around its very in-characters

Part of the reason I'm following this thread rather than the Twitch stream. To much faffing and unfunny memes in them.

Eomer is excellent. Love dual-hero kits, and it's nice they offer head/arm/weapon options, etc. A bit amusing to see that available in LOTR but they can't be bothered to do it for their more successful games.

It's been confirmed on the warhammer community page that it's Custodes, Sisters of Silence, and Assassins vs DG and a new subfaction called Agents of Bile on the ruins of Cadia. I'm interested to see where that leaves the Deathwatch, SoB, Necrons and Harlequins fighting.
Also, War of the Spider is after Engine War, not the last book, like some rumors had suggested.

Well sisters have canoness with options.
And I might have to get two eomers. One with spear, one with sword. Guess that confirms also book 9 is last. Unlikely they would do 2 books of 2 factions each. With 8 factions it was realms of possibility of 3+3+2. Now it's 4+4 for sure.
