Shadowkin was indeed just a name in the fluff, not even systematically used when talking about the forces in Ulgu, so I wouldn't call Malerion's Aelves "Shadowkin". Also if now we got "Deepkin"...

About the Mistweaver, she's said to "hail from Ulgu", and I still think she would fit with the ID themes - BUT one of the Deepkin rumors was that their name comes from the underwater Island of Idoneth in Hyish. Then they were seen in Ghyran...

I would call Malerion's Aelves Shadowkin. That was literally the name used for them in the Fyreslayers book. I don't have the book anymore or I'd give you a page number, but there's been mention of "Shroudling Princes"(IIRC) that make up his loyal followers.

Hyish is where Teclis resides, they're his creations that went rogue apparently.

They've used the term Shadowkin to refer to some people that live in Ulgu, but I don't know that they've been identified as aelves, let alone Malorean's aelves. We didn't even know until a couple of months ago that Morathi was hanging out there with the Daughters of Khaine, so anything is possible.

Well I stand corrected, I couldve swore they had it when I read them but I was clearly mistaken.

From French Warfo :

AOS second edition / Rules update (so probably a new main book) ; and a new starter set too (talks of it on TGA) : mid-end June.

If they are updating rules, surely it will be to measure from the bases now that they've updated most of the old models to use round bases. They'll probably replace the random terrain effects in the core rules, since pretty much every scenario overrules it.

Yes, I think they will re-work (not necessarily drastically) the first parts of the 4-pages rules (mainly "The armies", "The battlefield", "The battle begins", but will keep "Battle Rounds" (and following) as it is.

We'll see what they do, I really don't know what to expect myself. I'm pretty confident it will be an improvement though.

CAN'T
WAIT
THURSDAY MORNING !

Btw, with the rescheduling of the AOS open day the 30th of June, and more rumors on TGA about the content of Death vs Stormcast starter set, and "Souls wars" by JR (like a new "Gates of Azyr" ?) out around June-July, the starter set is pretty a much confirmed... Just need to heart about the detailed content !

What time is the seminar in US time?

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Whoa whoa whoa.

Is it 8pm or 9pm?? Conflicting info is conficting. Bad enough you're in the time zone (I'm sat more or less directly opposite Greenwich, so there!) which confuses my simple mind, but now it's one or the other!

8 is when the seminar starts. 9 is when they start covering it on Facebook Live. No idea why.

They don't do liveblogging, it'll just be a wrap up for when it's done.

Doesn’t cost anything to watch their Twitch livestreams, they only have VOD behind a paywall.

They could be forgetting that the US went on Daylight Savings Time on March 11th, while the UK doesn't go on British Summer Time until the 25th.

I quoted directly from the community site. There will be a live video from the end of the seminar this time.
