As for gaming, i'm busy on sunday so if anyone is free for thrusday 3pm-> let me know. I'm up for either 40k or warmachine, theres a good chance i'll bring both anyways cuz ya never know.

Not sure if everyone got the email. But James can't make it for D&D. we can still play and make characters, but we need a place to do it. Suggestions?

@Rythem Is's best if you make 2 characters, Just incase one dies! or if you want to mix it up.

Is james not being able to make it going to screw him over for the rest of the time? Or can he make characters and join whenever he wants to? And i agree legends would be great but i remember you said you wanted to bring a computer so it's really up to you where you want to carry it around to.

James will be fine. We will make his characters and i will play them. The first session will be training in the Academy and as James has played before he can miss it. As for the computer we can do it old school or I can try to get my Laptop up and running (its in pretty bad shape).

I no longer have a vehicle and Legends is far, Unless I can meet up with someone.

Whoa, 35 pts is a lot. I'd have to proxy some serious stuff to hit that level. Or just toss 1 big guy in there and see how he plays

Lol ya i have 1 model that is 11 pts. Plus i got the deck so i have most of the cards from my codex, making proxing easier. Though it does seem to be missing a couple cards for models that i have seen.

Ya those board rooms do look pretty comfy, and i think they are wired for power if someone needed to bring some kind of laptop/computer. Plus the doors close so if it's noisy outside from other gaming i think you can cut down on the excess sound.

Styro, Rythem, Built-in: Okay, so I guess we have to decide if this D&D thing is happening Saturday. I have wheels and can go anywhere. As for Scarborough being too far for some, it is also apparent that Styro cannot really get out of Scarborough (no wheels). Soooo... what do we do? Everyone is always welcome to come to my home, which would comfortably allow us to play and snack without interruption. However, I live farther than Legends. I like the Legends Board Room, but again, Styro cannot get there. I could pick Styro up and bring him to Legends Saturday, but I wouldn't be able to commit to returning him to Scarboorough because I have to prepare for a family gathering after we finish. SOooo... are we on or off for Saturday. Let me know...
if we are off, I will smash Built-in at Warmachine...again. My max points is 34.

Yeah sadly after saturday gaming i'm heading up to my cottage so with a 3.5 hour trip ahead of me i'd rather not be starting it in scarborough since i'll need a shower afterward as well, be adding on an extra 2 hours at least to me trip.

So noone is gaming tomorrow afternoon/evening at legends?

I'm also looking at the paladins order to see how they run, apparently they can go immune to damage every turn if i don't move and act.

I'm thinking about going down to Legends tomorrow afternoon, though I'm not sure what time. Probably anywhere from 3:30 to 4:00.

I'll check with my friends to see if anyone else can make it, but I will be there with my Space Marines.

Welcome to the forum. Hopefully you will have more substantive input to the forum than your brother... he just goes on and on about some band of misfits called the Muskokans. If I get off work early, I will stop by Legends to see what you and Rythem are up to.... probably only a 40% chance of me being able to get there though...

Today I went out and got the Warmachine Prime II. Now I'll read it through and memorize it over the next year or so. I still need to pick a faction though. By the time I return I'll try to have a 35-50 point force (painted if I can).
