Yea it will. . . On a side note I have devolped an easy mtethod for painting my nids when I get them. Base coat white, new green glaze over carapace, new green shade stippled on that x3 and flesh is just 2 shades or glazes.

The glazes are pretty sweet, they change the colors ever so slightly while still being able to see the paint underneath.
Not unlike adjustign the color values on a TV or monitor.

See, i should have picked a super quick scheme for my nids, however, i tend to get carried away with test models
Current colourscheme:
Spray black
Flesh: Khornate red, wash badab, highlight khornate red, highlight meph red, highlight 50% meph red + Blazing orange.
Carapace: Khemri brown, wash badab, khemri brown layer, devlin wash, khemri brown layer, bleached bone layer, wash both devlin, bleached bone final highlights.
Fleshy bits: Ceramite white, wash 4 times with thrakka green.
Claws/talons: Mordian blue, wash asuraman blue, enchanted blue highlights, wash asuraman blue, enchanted blue highlights, SW grey final highlights.
I dont like making things quick or easy for myself -_-
My "speed painted" flamers of tzeentch took 45 hours, for 6 of them in batch painting.

The main bulk of my army is 3x 30 units of termagants.
However, i run 3-5 tervigons with them aswell, so need a ton for spawned termagants lol.
Last game got to the point i was having to use blank bases to represent them lol.

lol, for LoS point of view i was replacing a base with a normal one to keep an eye on height and to keep it going without an issue
Only problem is my nids are built around units i like.
Got a tournie comming up so dont want to run 150+ gants, so as a points filler for 2.5k im actually running old one eye lol.
260 points of sheer rubbish, but if he can get in combat with something (non GK) he will shred it.
Thank god he is S10 with extra attacks as normal and better regeneration lol.
Still costs more than a trygon prime, but ive only got 2 at the moment -_-
Nids really do get bad as the points go up and past 2.5k as you use up all the decent choices.
Past this point ill have to start running bigger units of stealers and raveners.
Which while the ravs are amazing, £30 for 3 and i like to run 9, i dont think so yet

Right, tiny bit of a procrastination update as I can't sleep... due to my meds changing and allergies I haven't gotten as much painting done as I'd have liked tbh... so I decided to sit down and commit some form of list for the defence force of Calliope VI to paper, and this is the results: Sisters of Battle: Order of the Sacred Rose - Requisitioned Inquisitorial force:
HQ: Uriah Jacobus - Protector of the faith.
Elites: Repentia squad: Mistress of Repentance and 7x Repentia.
Troops: Battle sister squad: 10x Battle sisters, Heavy bolter, Simulacrum Imperialis.
Troops: Battle sister squad: Heavy bolter, Simulacrum Imperialis.
Heavy Support: Penitent Engine.
Heavy Support: "Malleus Malificarum" Exorcist - mobile battle shrine and engine of divine retribution.
Total=751pts.
Blood Angels - Requisitioned Inquisitorial force:
list under construction: this force is being currently re-written due to wanting to model it as a "tru-scale" marine force.
Ordos Xenos - Protectorate of Calliope VI:
Ordos Xenos: Lord Inquisitor Huginn Black: Power Armour, Servo-skulls (x3), Rad Grenades, Psychotroke Grenades, Psyker (lv1), Conversion beamer, Ulumeathi plasma syphon.
Inquisitorial Retinue to Lord Huginn:
the Tri-bane: ethereal xenos allies (3x death-cult assassins on one base modelled as banshee like xenos)
the Penitent Man: Sergeant of the Aurora chapter of Space Marines (warrior acolyte modelled as a SM with physical inhibitor to act as penance/explain reduced stats), storm bolter, power fist, power armour.
