A basic storyline framework already exist, and as the RP progresses obviously narrative ideas will present themselves...
However, I personally don't have a " Start to Finish" storyline in mind, primarily because I feel it limits the creativity of the PC's and secondly...to have any RP end the way you envision would be akin to shooting an arrow in California and hitting a Bullseye in New York.

The planets mentioned in the races section should be featured, as should worlds belonging to the Arcturan Hierarchy
Known Shaper attacks, and their current expansion (line of some kind worming it's way deeper into the galaxy)
Yahan ruins (ancient Precursor race that dominated the galaxy some 65 Million years ago. The Perseus Arm is protected by a great singularity shield believed to have been created by the Yahan, suggesting that they may still dwell there)
Black holes, nebulae, etc.

That should be all, feel free to throw in whatever worlds you like.

The shock cannon fires an explosive shell the size of a hydration canister that explodes inside the target. Messy, yes, but satisfying in its own unique way. The only true drawback is its one shot capacity, forcing one to reload between shots, additionally, the range on a shock cannon in quite short, making it ineffective at longer ranges. Is there anything else you wish to know?"
