LMFAO Vik!!! Don't worry, I think everyone will know when I'm publishing it. as I said before, every chapter will be released a week at a time, and this first will be available on Sunday @ roughly 6PM GMT.

And for those of you who are interested, I thought I'd pop back for an ikkle tiny update after the "Calliope" edit:

"Prologue" (Ver 4.0) currently stands at 1823 words, and probably may rise before sunday. I just need to learn when toleave it alone. So it will probably get its blind-proof reading (thats a proof reading by someone who knows nothing of the subject matter to make sure grammar and punctuation is perfect) tomorrow at some point.

"Foundations" (Ver 2.0) currently stands at 1462 words. I'm not sure about extending this much further due to its already heavy nature, but we'll see as I have one and a half weeks roughly until its deadline.

"Silence" is still being mulled over as its predecessor needs editing, so pen hasn't touched paper on this one yet... but, ideas are forming and evolving!!!

Overall word count total so far is: 3285. and guaranteed to rise!



Thats all for now folks, so keep your eyes peeled and prepare the defences, this is going to get messy!!!

Well I hope they are worthy of being read tbh. had a read through before sleep last night and "prologue" doesnt seem to hav many issues left, which means I can start to tackle "foundations" issues now, which in turn will hopefully leave me free for "silence"

Thanks for the offer Galorn, its much appreciated, I find blind read-through's work better for stuff that adheres to a particular theme. But should I kick start my non GW themed stuff again I'll more than happily send it all your way

well, I may consider commissions once Calliope is finished and has gotten a good reception, otherwise I'll be hanging my writing hat up lols. so If your interested get your ideas cap on with character names and places, and get them written down for me to mull over in a few weeks time.

As I said, that depends on if Calliope is a bag of gak first tbh... but I'd be more than willing to have a stab at whatever ideas you have!

It's a tyranid brood nest, basically works as an infiltrating terrain peice which can be destroyed that has a single brood inside. if its destroyed they come on from the tyranid players board edge. fluff wise, they are a place where broods go to nest after being birthed, there they go into dormancy until needed, that way they arent expending their life energies and die prematurely.

Well it wouldn't surprise me, considering GW's history at the not so subtle things they cite (or not) as influence

tbh the brood nests rules are a little outdated tbh, its points cost being tripple that of the unit stored within... which is a tad gay... and gets expensive for genestealers

I think it needs to be kinda like the mycetic spore rules except without DS and LW's so its an MC in combat etc...
