The model looks just horrible , please make a new Drazhar we cant use old models for ever. I liked the old Lelith model more , why didn't they base it off that one.

I think the Old Lelieth looked like a piece of it looks even worse than the old Archon model.

The new Lelieth is posed and sculpted a lot better IMHO.

The old Drazhar isn't that bad, but a new one would be nice.

Yes he was created by the haemonculi as a nid-deldar hybrid. He can control gaunts within 12" on a 2+

@midget_overlord - is the nov. WD out yet? Any nice painting articles for DE?

Great painting articles.

You get the usual painted bits display, interview with Phil Kelley and Jes Goodwin. He says Haemonculi covens et more wych cult for the next release.

He also mentions the vyper as a kit when talking about the raider. Wyches hanging on the sides, interchangeable with the ones from the raider.

There a painting article for the kabal of the black heart, glowing eyes, wyches, red hair, tattoos and flesh, mandrake, flayed skin, aethersail symbol.

All in all a good if you want to see dark eldar models (obviously) plus the new range of fantasy terrain. The broken tower and the full one. It's as impressive as the forteress of redemption to see, and they give special rules and scenarios for both.

All that's missing are my apocalypse dark eldar formations. I'm still expecting full support to their on expansions.

So I was just looking at the GW website and by the looks of it DE are going offensive *cough* worst mistake ever*cough*

Like no offence to DE players but I personally wont think it will work against like blood angels or Orks who are super assault

And like that Homunculus is Bad ass but if I ever find myself facing an army with him there will be a HUGE target over his head...

If I ever play Tyranids, I'm gonna special order hundreds of Drazhar arms for my gaunts.

However, after glossing over the 2010 Catalog today and seeing both the old Archon model and Lelieth, I must retract my previous statement over the quality of Old Lelieth's model. Lelieth was probably the best sculpted DE character model, all the others are awful in comparisson, well maybe Drazhar wasn't too bad...

But, I will still stand by my statement that the new one is a better, more realistic*, sculpt.

*To the extent that Delfdar can be considered realistic.

Old lelith with new arms/weapons... will look spanky!

They aren't really talons though, more like swords upside down to give him the mantis look.

S4 still means doing jack and gak to anything T8 or higher.

I can see her uses. Sisters will hate her; any of the aspects will hate her (only Banshees charging will strike first and if Banshees get the charge off on Lelith and her Wyches than the DE player sucks and should just pack up his army and go home).

I'm thinking her with some wyches at 1850 or Drahzar to join my Incubi and Archon.

...so she'll be useless against Wraithlords and C'Tan. How terrible.

Also, Banshees get the I10 in the first round of any combat, not just one in which they charged.

She also cant fire lasers out her eyes and fireballs out her ass, but that is not the point here, shes does a whole load of damager to infantry and she is very good at what she does.

Has it been clarified yet whether there's going to be a battleforce, and if so, the contents?

I hear there probably will be but after the excitement of ZOMG HAVETOHAVENOW has died down. I'm thinking of waiting and putting it all on the back burner and ressurecting my salamander rmarines

Witht the sheer volume of poison attacks DE have, I don't think this is a problem. It's certainly not her "role".
