my boys tend to fall over themsleves too to give me their stuff... but i have sworn to myself that i wont touch lego...or playmobil...because once you use it...there is little stopping...and soon you are knee deep in all so versatile bitz and the kids have to look at empty crates where in earlier times happy colorful lego brick would have waited for their use...their true purpose that is...

And I love the OT stuff..
But I know of a cheaper styrene sheet provider on the sheet styrene, maybe:
www.usplastics.com
You can get a 40"x72" sheet of .040 for $14.00. it comes in one sheet, though and is half the price for three quarters the amount. It boils down to whether or not you wanna be bothered to cut it up for storage and whether or not you ever need a sheet larger than 24"x24". Personally, I order the large sheet hack it up into squares for the shelve and go for a long time without buying.

Anytime bro! I am obviously a terrain geek first!
Safes are a great idea Vik! Especially the opportunity to make all the cook locking and turning bitz
So, tonight I braved the snow-covered roads and came back with a minor, but important supply drop.
2 10mm masking tape refills (hazard stripes are fun to paint!)
I also found some 6mm! Tamiya Masking tape (smaller hazard stripes!)
2 sheets of textured plasticard (O Gague dressing stone/block)
2 more airbrush paint bottles
I got to hold an Iwata professional grade DETAIL top-feed airbrush (the competition to the badger Renegade Krome I posted earlier) in my hand. It has a .3mm needle, just like the Badger, and It REALLY does just have that high-quality feel in your hand, the trigger feels like it is part of your finger, and when you touch it, you just KNOW it will do exactly what you want it to do. I think it is a psychic weapon of Slaneesh actually
I was VERY close to telling her to ring it up for me, but I waffled, the Badger is about $60 cheaper AND comes with 2 needles. The manual was mostly in Japanese, so it was worse than the Badger Model 150 manual.
http://www.iwata-medea.com/index.php/products/hp_c_plus Automatically Appended Next Post: It is clearly plain that I will need a second, detail airbrush, they can paint smaller than a pencil line, but I am undecided.
