Everything looks great as always, I'm liking Infardi. Congrads on the GD awards.

How do you like being a dad thus far?

Hi guys

Thanks for the congrats, I'm still a bit giddy about the GD wins.

@GM - I'm thinking of a diorama Departmento Munitorium truck (or half track) being loaded with wounded Guardsmen. WW2 inspired with a definite dose of the 41st millennium.

@ Brother Stynier - being a dad is great so far, we've settled into a nice rhythm and getting to play with her for a few hours after work is very satisfying!

Only two days let to vote in the poll on my blog!

Cheers
Dave

That's very cool, nice to see you are enjoying it.

I vote for the AT-83, but it looks like its gonna lose out to the truck, which will no doubt look amazing.

Thanks guys!

Well the tutorial voting has really picked up! It is still a close run thing and I'm still hoping the truck wins out so that I can use the tutorial to get started on my Chicago GD diorama. Whichever one comes out on top, I'll still do a tutorial for all three.

Hopefully on Monday I'll also have update on my Infardi Psyker Battle Squad.

Cheers

So here we go!

The Psyker Battle Squad is now in full swing, with only work left on Pater Sin remaining. Next step is to get some paint on these tiny freaks!

and Pater Sin

I hope you like these guys. Thanks to CMDante and Brother Sinaer for the inspirational work on their Genestealer Magus and Cenobite Servitor respectively.

Creepy! Great atmosphere on these guys. Kind of like twisted munchkins. I love the big skulls (using ghoul heads, right?)
Pater Sin looks extraordinary. I'd love to see some other angles on the conversion.

Excellent sculpting work on the little ones, very characterful and vicious looking.

Patin Sin is starting to shape up, but what's the narrative behind his pose?

Looking forward to more.

Thanks guys!

@Mister Feral - In Sabbat Martyr Pater Sin appears carrying around two child/runt psykers that he uses to imprint suggestions in the minds of the weak. They cling to him like children or babies would, afraid of the sounds of battle and unaware of much besides the pain their psychic mutation brings them.

I'm hoping to get some paint on the little guys (read: take a break from sculpting) tonight.

Cheers

Thanks guys! Obviously I'm having a lot of fun with these.

@c0un7_z3r0 - yep, Night Goblin bodies with Crypt Ghoul faces and puttied heads and robes.

I'm off to the club tonight and I'll do some painting on these freaks. With all those green robes I'm thinking I'll need a border to break it up somehow, but I'm not sire which section should get it (shawl, or tunic, or under-robes) and what it should be like (variant of Chaos symbol, or simple "tiny script", or even a simple line.

What do you think?

Cheers

Very nice.

I'm thinking a variant of the chaos symbol, to keep it tied in.
