Squidbot, can you photo the main casts? On the right of the pic those look fine... just so we can see the complete picture. Casting and packaging are a company's responsibility, but sometimes things get damaged in shipment, especially international. So can you show the casts too?

Ha! Well, you asked for it. Behind this spoiler lies PICPOCALYPSE!
One positive thing to say; I ordered 12 Orc Blood Bowl heads, they sent me 16, and they're really nice.
As for the rest; judge for yourself:
Seriously A LOT of pictures here.
Spoiler:

That's not everything. There's a few more pictures I took, see the lot at my photbucket: http://smg.beta.photobucket.com/user/linvuiet/library/puppetswar

Well, those bombs certainly came out crisp. All the pics are jamming my phone so I will view the rest later, but the main large hull looks a bit rougher.

Really? That's your only comment?

The bombs are fine. And the blood bowl heads. It's pretty much everything else I have an issue with.

You should contact the CS, and ask for replacement for any part that does not satisfy you 100%.

Apart from that I can only apologize for the quality of the casts, some parts should have been replaced.

Deep breaths. Chill. This is their forum guy you're talking to. The best he can do is bring this thread to customer service's attention, and I'm sure he's doing that with every time someone has complaints. So far, he's been really responsive, from what I've seen.

Well I hope they get their Quality Control fixed. Their stuff looks great but I'd hate to seem em fail because they keep shipping from the miscast bin.

Well I can see a few issues but hay it's an Ork plane LOL

No but seriously they could do with spending some time on there casting set up, it is a shame to be getting such bad feedback for the casting quality when the actual items and designs are really quite good.

I myself have had some bad quality casts, but to be fair they did replace them with much better quality replacements, however maybe trying to get a better finish first time would be a much better idea.

We shouldn't need to email your customer service on delays because items should be sent out promptly. It should not be a problem. If and when there are extended delays, Puppetswar should be contacting the customers to apologise and explain - Not nothing. Basic customer service. And yes, I've worked in both CS and retail for small businesses.

Forums like this are for many reasons, including customers sharing their experiences. - good and bad. I emailed your customer service again today, as my items are still not sent. They did offer an item for an apology, but again, that was over a week ago and I'd rather just have my stuff sent out since it is now 1 month since my order.

gak, after reading the rest of the "catch-up", now I'm worried that when they finally send my stuff out, it'll be a pile of miscast garbage, all thrown together in one poly-bag with no padding, and broken on arrival.

I'm fine, no need for deep breaths. I just find it astonishing that the only reply at that point from their forum rep here was about the broken web form, ignoring that main issue.

I have received an answer to my email, and have sent links to the photos here in response.

Once again, I should point out that the Ork heads are really good, I am very happy with them. Some parts of the plane are okay, like the bombs, as can be seen. If the rest of the plane didn't have so many casting issues I would be happy with that too, and could accept that some parts got damaged in transit, that kind of thing happens.
The design is great, the resin used is good. It's just the blobs of excess resin everywhere, and air pockets, that has disappointed me.

I picked up my order today. The casting is ok, loads of flash and majority of the dragonfly's rivets are covered (I was going to hide them anyway). The bigger issue is the missing parts. Store description says dragonfly has 27 parts and I have 23. What I can see I'm missing the landing gear and the giant magnet rack and end cap for the tail. Orc warbus that I got seems to have everything. I'll try to post pick of my stuff.

EDIT: Found the end cap.

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in.

As a shocking note of positivity, my order of the armoured troopers has gone swimmingly. I must be benefitting from the end of run stuff as I got a whole bunch of extra heads, arms and an extra kneeling guy. Delivery was within the given time scale and the package was well wrapped.

Quality is good. The details are crisp. There is quite a lot of flash, but its the type that you can scrape off really easily, and if it contributes to lower miscast rate I'm all for that. The arm sprues seem to have a congenital defect on the thumb, But its not too bad, and its a tiny detailed part anyway.

No idea what I'm actually going to do with these guys, but the models are great

Glad people are getting good stuff from them. Their models do look fantastic, and as I said; the heads are great.

I received an email this morning that the guys at puppetswar had viewed my photos. They sent their apologies and are sending a new orcoplane out.
Good stuff!

Has anyone else had issues with the shipping tracking link? I placed an order on Feb 1st, and got the shipping notice on Feb 23rd... But everytime I try to go to the shipping site, it just loaded a blank page. Finally this morning it loaded properly, but when I run it through Google Translate, it says the package doesn't exist

I like these. They may be a bit basic for some but they work for no known reason I can think of! They do make me think of the four horsemen...ok I know there are five heads but one could be a substitute! You never know, one could get flu...

It should take about 2-3 weeks. But I can't promise any date. Overseas shipping is very irregular.

Is it possible to buy miscast pieces (at discounted price)?

Just picked up my order of zombies. I really like these models! I'm ordering more first chance I get. Here's a comparison pic:

Gotta say I'm happy with my order. My order was well packed. The details are crisp with very little flash that is easily scraped of. It was like receiving a forge world model which is a good thing. After seeing the pics by the above poster I was Apprehensive bout my order. It's obvious there paying attention to customer feedback, since the cast I got are good. All in all I'm very happy with my order. These really are some of the best zombie models out on the market. I hope PW makes alternate poses in the future so when you field them in large numbers they all don't have a cookie cutter look to the army. This is what GW needs in their 40k range. So in conclusion thank you PW for providing a great product.
