Sod it, Thought I may as well do a mini miniature update...
Here's the Penitent Man WIP as it stands, he's far from finished and requires a massive amount of GSing to do, and also a head swap. currently it's assembled for size comparison, but the head will be changed for a cowled one, and the shoulder pads need swapping for bigger ones... oh, and yes, he really is that big!!!

interesting stance... that penitent man...and a cool take on the TS scheme... the chains on the powerfist looks very good in scale too... the PC work hopefully will get smoothed down a bit as it is still very rough... but i think i am again not patient enough 
oh and...get yourself a better cam... it is a disgrace for your cool looking minis to have not properly zoomable pics
really... i only could turn the mouse wheel two times till the pic turned into lego bricks

I have an exceptional camera, I just shrank the images because I'm fed up of waiting when uploading due to size issues.

Thanks for the offer bama, but for this one I'd like to see it through to the end on my own, as all of it is in my head from beginning to end. but I will be requiring people for play testing for rules and/or scenarios. so consider yourself wrangled (so long as you play 40k regularly and have a group you can test a section of it with).
I won't be starting the rules section of the book until I've completed the story, but I'll be updating the rules for Brood-nests, Laser-fences and doing some home brew rules for Inquisitor Huginn and a few others.
Also, another reason why I've turned down your offer is I already have an element which will be turning up in the story in a few chapters time.
I have a pen, and I have a plan, so patience
