I was thinking about asking them where my stuff was... but it is RH man... you gotta expect them to be lazy and late.

I feel calling them Lazy is undue. Late..yes...by all means. uncommunicative...sure.

Some people are speculating that RH is running low on funds due to the tone of the cyber Monday sales. I don't mind waiting, (still am), but I shall be seriously displeased if I don't get my stuff some day.

The "make us a deal" promotion waaaaaas pretty weird. Also...all KS backers can still order stuff from the KS..at the KS prices. The "we need cash flow" theory sounds pretty solid.

I really wanted to back the terrain KS but I had a nagging feeling that it might not be a good idea.

The promo gets their name out there in a crowded market where they're mainly doing their selling from their own website

so unless a potential buyer can be enticed to visit they're not going to get any money. Give them some (almost?) free stuff, let them check out the quality (RH is proud of it even if some have issues, and many of those have been fixed) and they'll hopefully end up with some repeat business

the same as giving away all the free heroines on the KS did

and doing it over BF/CM means it ended up on loads of forums, facebook and other wargaming lists and blogs so plenty of exposure

It's an issue with companies that go all-in on kickstarter but have very little retail presence. Most of their existing customer base buy their stuff via the KS, then funnily enough they don't purchase the same product from them again down the line. Mantic is trying to break out of this, but a smaller shop like RH will find it much harder.

Any idea if we're ever getting those metals or the larger stuff? I stopped reading the novella updates completely when they stopped publishing them on KS.

First it was waiting for the 2 large figures to be completed, now it's waiting on more of the Sisters Regulars to be cast.

I'm getting more than a little anxious that I'll never see my other 20 infantry and 2 war pulpits.

You'll get your stuff. they have fully delivered before...it just...takes a while....cough...a long while

Update of sorts. I got an email yesterday that my (fantasy) Yscarloth was shipped out ... and that there's a mispack with at least some of the Yscarloth kits and they asked me to double check that all the bits are there. Hoping there are instructions to let me know what I'm looking for

Also, just checked the "Production Status (with Live Updates)" and Yscy is still sitting at "Ready to Cast" ... so not quite as live as I've hoped

Yep, got her ages ago back in the first shipment I believe.

I'll say this for them - I sent a question about an error I only just now discovered in the first shipment 1 yr + ago, and they seem willing to fix it, which is nice.

Just updating to notify i just received without any kind of warning the 2nd and final shipment for all the models just today.

Seems almost everything Resin it's done and sent, so just in time for X-mas!

I was told that rest of mine shipped as of the 14 Dec.

However, they didn't do tracking numbers for some reason, so I have no way to know how near it is.

Haven't gotten it yet, though. Can't wait for my 2 War Pulpits and my other 20 infantry to get here!


EDIT: Update! Box arrived today loaded with all my remaining stuff! Makes me sad I'm working on a commission that I need to finish ASAP before I can even begin cleaning them.
