So yea apparntelly the whole army has Flank March , Furious Charge and can Fleet thats what i've heard.

Flank March? Thats an Apocalypse Formation/asset. I can't see that being in a Codex! Also why fleet? They should all be on bikes shouldn't they?
This doesn't seem quite right somehow. Can I ask what the source is. It might help make sense of it

Sorry not Flank March. Just the Ability to come on short Table Edge. Appartenly the Speical Character gives them Fleet so what i've heard.And Furious Charge.

I said there all on Bikes. I'll Post more when i find out more.

So if Kor'Sarro Khan is riding Moondrakkan he has the Fleet special rule...

But if he's in a unit (and he better be, given the vulnerability of lone characters), he won't be able to use it, right?

Looks like Kor'Sarro will be in a unit not using his expensive special rule OR, coming in on a flank by himself, getting into HTH with one unit, killing them (maybe!) and then not being able to consolidate into another unit, and then getting shot to pieces?

Unless I'm missing something (entirely possible!)?

Also - whoa, whoa! Did anybody notice the Chapter Tactics rule? First of all, you have to give up Combat Tactics. This makes me sad...

However, it mentions that, in your army, multiple characters might have the Chapter Tactics rule. Does this mean you can have special characters from multiple chapters? Lysander and Khan team up?

The flanking thing is neat too. But no Bikes in Troop or Skilled Rider that I know of. A picture of the rules is posted around here someplace.

There could be a rule that says :
If your lord is on a bike you can take bikes as troop choices.

could be, could be. The other thing his weapon kind of sucks. Power weapon that instant kills on a to-wound of 6+. Although admittedly that is not bad when it is coming in at S5 I6.

And no Skilled Rider! Ghah. Bikes get Frag Grenades for free, but cannot assault terrain without a difficult terrain test. Every time you roll a one you are down 30+ points.

Tacobake, don't all IC's have Move Through Cover and Skilled Rider for free in 5th? They do in 4th, at least to my knowledge.

If this is true it would be so incredibly stupid. Pretty much you can simply stop playing any other race and let marine players enjoy each other.
At least personally if this happens I will simply be politely refusing any games against space marines on a general principle.
