OH

I recently purchased a Baneblade to use in my Apoc games. Upon building it I put the autocannon on it and it looks fine and dandee. But after a bit I thought that it might be nice to have the hell hammer model as well. The problem is easily solved as I did magnet the turret when I built it. My question is what can I build a second turret out of so I can make one for the hell hammer gun. The guy at the local hobby shop gave me some plastic card stock type stuff but it was no where near stiff heavy enough. What have other people used in building modifications like an entire turret?

Thanks,
F-C

For my tanks and such, i´ve used 0.5mm plasticard, i get my stuff from the FLGS, since they are very well stocked in such.

If you have trouble with flimsy card, build a frame to support it first, possibly out of square tubing, or plasticard 90% angles..

I found it easier to put magnets on the gun barrels so the turret stasy the same, only the barrels switch out.

I also magnetized the bolters and flamers so they can swap out as well.
