Alright so I have an axe, 2 flare guns and a radio, I have made my way to the Sleway Row Police Station, where I just kept on searching, and that's all I will do till I find a flak jacket and a gun along with some ammo. Then I'll make my way toward you guys...and where are you guys again?

How do I get into the police station that you guys are at? Do I need to be invited in?

Nope. Kenefie is usually extremely heavily barricaded -- which means you cannot enter directly from the street. You need to find a building at very strongly barricaded or lower and then, using the skill called Free Running, move from interior-to-interior of adjoining buildings until you get to Kenefie. That said, unless you want guns or ammo, there isn't a lot of point in hanging around the police station.
