Time to finally load up Skyrim and see if that patch REALLY fixed the bugged out dragons.

Whether the quest is "good" in this case has more to do with whether the assassination target is good or not rather than with the player's choices/actions. If the target was an evil guy, preventing the assassination would not necessarily be good in a fantasy world. A true do-gooder quest centers on the player's choices being good, which means ( IMO) that the player must have the choice to be evil as well.
You don't hear too much about people who assassinate bad guys, its typically the assassinations of good guys that people readily remember. Also, all of that was kind of implied with it being a do gooder mod instead of a bad doer mod.

Skyrim's legal system is very robust.
As long as Tiber Septim doesn't park his dragon within twenty meters of an apple cart, they've got a law to handle everything.

For me, the dragon flew backwards, it was unable to be targeted, it didn't die when I hit it with enough fireballs (it just vanished and respawned when Ireloaded, didn't give me any souls or drop a corpse), and prevented me from fast traveling.

Will Lydia come back if she actually dies? I accidentally killed her while she was trying to get back up, and was able to loot her corpse. I suspect it is the end of the road for her, but I thought I'd check with this community, since I can't be the only one that killed her.

She regularly decides to shield my enemies from my soul-sucking ethereal arrows of doom, but manages to side-step just in time to dodge a fireball I now have half a millisecond to dodge myself.
Lucky for me that dragonplate armour isn't great at conducting heat.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

As a Conjuration Warrior who recently discovered that Bound Sword does in fact not scale so well that it can become a staple weapon (it starts to get outstripped around Glass-level, as does bound bow), I should probably start using my strangely high conjuration skill (even my destrojuration mage isn't even close) to my advantage, but I don't want to slip back to sniping people whilst my atronaches/zombies take the hurt. The only reason I still use the bound bow is because of the sneak bonus to damage and because I don't have to recharge its soul trap every few hits.

I just have my heavy armour with Shrouded Boots in my inv for sneaking. Once you're admitted to the DB, the shrouded boots suddenly make the Sneak perk that makes you completely silent somewhat unnecessary. corpsesarefun wrote:Bound weapons get progressively worse? They do level (using whichever skill pertains to your current weapon, unsure whether Conjuration skill has any impact at all), but not to the point where they surpass all mundane weaponry. Daedric weapons still leave bound weapons in the dirt, with Glass weapons and better being the start of when Bound Weapons are no longer as awesome as they were in early life.

The soul trap is why I keep using the bound bow and haven't got a daedric one yet; that and the fact I don't have to scout around for arrows.

Was this outside of Falkreath? I think there is a quest to find a stray dog out of that town -- turns out to lead into the Clavicus Vile quest. Also, you can buy a dog outside of Markarth. He's called Vigilance but, if you want him to live, that name would be better applied to you.
