This is making me re-do an Ork army. I had 10,000 points worth which I sold on Ebay a few years ago, but this now tips the balance.

There are now pics on Bell of Lost Souls of the unpainted stompa. They are much more informative than the slick, professional paintjob pics from the GW website. I am having visions of a battlewagon built around that one big gun swirling around my head.

I have to say it's growing on me. I'll have to get one and model it with full interior detail.

have you noticed how the feet are the same shape and look of the scratch builds they did for APOC? it seems that the orks all have the same stompa shoe size!

Bargainlicious if you're a regular player of Apocalypse, and still pretty bleeding tempting for non 40k-Players like myself. I want to buy it, build it, convert it, paint it.

I was staring at the Stompa picture that's on my desktop and noticed that the Ork who is standing in the hatch on top has half a circular saw blade across his shoulders. Even if he falls off, there is a chance he could kill somebody at the Stompa's feet. Waaagh!

It's actually half a cog, he'd probably be heavy enough to crush a guardsman though.

The cog is a spoof of the beaky iron halo.
