i know this has been partially covered in various rumor threads.
for the treadheads out there(like me!), i'd like to seperate
just the tanks out. here are my questions.
what is the list of new tanks for the IG?
and what is the weapon load out for the new tanks?

I like the punisher too but remember its BS3 and every unit with an armor save will get one against it...or worse yet a cover save.

Umm, d00d the French for Leman Russ Punisher is "Leman Russ Punisher" and the French for Punisher Gatling Cannon is "Canon gatling Punisher". I mean it's not like we posted the Chinese here.

Anyway the Punisher is apparently 14/12/11 and the cannon is 24" S5, AP-, heavy 20 (!!)

the fact it's heavy 20 will help negate the ap 3 a bit.
take enough saving throws and you're bound to fail some.

So many tanks, so many things to loot! Maybe I am blind but I didn't see the battle cannon on the above mentioned data sheet, I mean we all know its stats so no big deal.

i see alot of new ones. but i wouldn't be suprised to see FW make or remake some.
they have remade everything Chimera turrets to Hellhounds.

No, a deathstrike is a giant one shot missle set upon a chimera chassis.

A Manticore is a chimera chassis, hydra sort of turret, with four smaller (but still big) missles.

There have been english translations all over the place, if you would look for them.
Anyway, here is the translated sheet

Not fair, i wish they put the Leman Russ Anhilator (spl?) in the codex, i have one. Although are Imperial Armour books legal in tournies?

What I mean by that grick is that I am having a hard time believing that you are having that rough a time getting the data off the sheet that you were requesting. I speak not a lick of French, yet I found the process of gleaning the precious nuggets your were claiming to be wandering around lost in the dark for to be painfully simple. The most rudimentary knowledge of the English language, combined with EVER having had any knowledge of the basic stats on Imperial Guard vehicles AND expending a few minutes of time actually firing some neurons off at the issue at hand should have resulted in damn near a complete translation. ESPECIALLY when you consider that most of the relevant information on the sheet is in sodding NUMBERS, which, last I checked, translate from French to English very damn easy!

So I called you a troll because I figured that could be your only true motive. After all, no one who actually plays a wargame could seriously be that brain dead. Could they? I know you aren't. I have faith in you.

He just summarized the tanks for people would do not have the ability or just can't be bothered to look through a bunch of french for names. Names are probably the most important part of the reference sheet for most people. Names which are in french!

rumors without going over the numerous other IG rumors. i don't
see a thread on the front page that addresses just tank rumors. nor
is there a thread addressing people's opinion about the rumored new

Anyway what do you think of the Punisher's Gatling Cannon with the 20 Str 5 Ap - shots, against an ork army lots and lots of death but against MEQ or Necrons is it worth it?

Executioner. Exterminator is the Autocannon tank. The Executioner moving from 1 blast to 3 blasts is insane, especially if it has the Demolisher Sponson choices(5 Plasma blasts from 1 tank? Yes, please!).
