The whole point to most of Gigers art is the sexual forms deconstruction and examination. Look at the art the alien from aliens was based on. It's pretty similar to this.

Their niche is providing cheaper alternative centrepiece units for people who play wargames. So coming up with stuff that can't be used in other games would be dumb- it would cut off a big chunk of the customer base.

Ultraforge are amazing. I still have to order their plague demon...

Awww, come on HBMC, give poor MDG a break. You know they had him list all his usernames and forum registrations on his application. Mr. Kirby probably makes sure he isn't being defeatist on line.

On topic: This looks like another gorgeous sculpt from Ultraforge. Derivative or not, they make a great mini.

Besides, I don't know how anyone can say GW's backgrounds aren't derivative of oh so many predecessors.

i don't play Demons or Chaos but... I want it. Like Luna said, looks like a Giger painting.

Who designed the sculpts, then? I mean, we all know whose stuff they're INSPIRED by... but whose actual designs are they, if not their own?

If, like the pics they go with the 4 arms and have some chop chops on 2 of them I'd definitely be buying this over the GW effort.
