Just finished up a load of lava bases:

Sadly we're not going to be adding anything to them, the client was just wanting to rebase an army he already has.

A big batch of 96 Firewarriors has just been completed. This is part of a Huge Tau Army that we're working our way through atm:

It was some serious batch painting! I couldn't really give an exact amount of time as I work on quite a few things at once and move between them to keep things interesting. I did get through two seasons of 24 in the background while I was painting them though.

I've read the entire thread just now and can I say you do some absolutely fantastic work

Loving those Fire Warriors - never seen Vior'la in that colour scheme - just amazing!

while I love to paint my models myself and grow my skills myself, I might consider getting my ranks of IG done some time in the future by a commissioner, and if I do decide to do that, I won't hesitate to contact you first

Can you safely ship to Doha?

I can't say I've ever posted something to Doha before but everythining we send is packaged very securely, tracked and insured. In fact, so far, we've never had a parcel go missing or had the contents damaged.

Well, that was kinda what I was fearing you would say. Y'see Qatar hasn't quite grasped what "post and mail" is, nor do they know how to handle stuff right at customs

. Still, with that track record, I'd still be willing to give it a go (as long as I don't become the first (and last

) person that you have to contact saying "we don't believe your models made it safely").

Regardless, I am stuck between getting my IG footsloggers commissioned or not. I don't know if I can dig out enough money for fantastic work and tips

. But we all love potential customers, don't we?

I like the color choices on the gaunts. The eyes really catch the attention with the purple skin.

The first thing I did was whip out the colour wheel and decide on a series of complimenting and contrasting colours for the scheme.

Termagants look pretty good - I like the colour gradient from dark to light blue on the carapace.

Actually, they remind me a bit of candy from the 1980's... they look delicious, like they would dye one's tongue blue/purple for a few days. Very nice!

Haha that's always the way isn't it! I didn't even realise those bits existed till I spotted them on ebay and then when I saw them they were too good not to use.
