Probably very very early to be talking paintjobs. But since there are heads from different origins (In this batch Marauders, AoS spiky helmets, etc), do you plan on grouping your guys in subfamilies/allegiances ?

Not really the whole back story for the army is there essentially vat born clones/factory bred warriors which are made in just massive numbers to drown the enemy in bodies so they all will have the same look with the painting although the colour scheme might change as I might do them as undivided over all, it's hard to explain the way the army is but there brutal and inhumane in the fluff I've written as well as very single minded not very indepth

Such as well they are born/made to be what they are so the leaders are from the strongest, there kinda like nids bred to do a certain job

Here are some more militia squads

I know so far the lore I've written about them isn't the best, but ultimately they were created by a guy which lore wise is just called the master, he ultimately created this army of bred/made warriors some time during the horus heresy along with a small group of hereteks and cultists, however a warp storm engulfed the whole sector and his forces along with it for 10,000 years the master and his followers have been creating endless hordes of warriors as well as legions of tanks intent on when the storm subsides his army will destroy the imperium, the other fluff on infantry names and such will be added soon hopefully

I think I found my new battle cry thanks KernelTerror and hopefully one day but I won't spoil what model I will be using with some major conversation

Okay here is some info on the militia infantry-
The basic grunts are known as "ghüls" in the strange crude language used by the chaos cultists who serve the master, the ghüls are the mainstay of the army forming the vast endless horde of the masters army and seek to destroy all who oppose him
