yep... that seems pretty sound... and for me the different tech levels in your army make that way way more sense...tho one has to take into acord that your force is spread out that system...no telling that all worlds have the same level of tech throughout... so this is a good aproach...
and when soldiers come running at you with guns at the ready they seldom want to get drinking buddies with you^^
Well, since the entire army is for an "integrated" effect from all major producers of the Konfederacy, one has to plan on how to make them all work together., or support each other. Just saw new footage of Russia's new T-90MS "Tagil" tank and the supporting BMPT "Terminator" which provides anti-air/anti-tank support for the MBT's.
Yeah, if I see soldiers scrambling out of a APC with guns, time to worry, if they come out smiling and with booze in hand, well, less worries.

nope... i have heard quite scary and hurtful stories of specially russian soldiers during the post war times in germany... if you see soldiers...be somewhere else...specially for women...
and as for the tanks...vids or it didn´t happen^^
by the way... i know you are feverently working on your OC but what is about your plans for the shrine tank?...just asking...^^
So many simpler projects of painting right now, the shrine tank is a future project

and that vid...during the playtime i had a feeling of watching a videogame movie sequence...reminded me of the tank episodes from mechwarrior or possibly heavy gear... quite cool...and i catually lol´ed when the tank jumped over that small hill...man i bet that gotta hrt the crew... but it is quite frighting to see of what modern tanks are capable of doing...
Plenty of videos on Youtube of the Russian "flying tank" as the T-90 is able to make leaps like that off of hills and similar obstacles All the nations now have updated tanks in their inventories or are getting them. Like the game board is re-set as even US is not so super a power at the moment.
BTW OC has a turret that could be on the Sabre chassis, shown earlier that would fulfill the BMPT role for my army.

Nice find there Vik! The ARV arrived earlier and now i have pics to show how much love it got! Due to delays, Jez did either throw in or it comes like this, chain, more stowage boxes, and the old and NEW, yes, new crane!
Original crane(left) very plain but served for so long, either add the extender to the main arm and working en, or glue the working end to the main part for transpert stowage, now the new one has the hollow section and if you cut it right, fully or partially extended, as well. New style of control turrets as well

the cranes and chassis as well as forward storage, winch cable, and dozer parts.

That turret is sized for just that chassis as the hole in the middle is quite big.

It came with the kit. they offer the chains and other bits alone at OC under vehicle accessories I have found, mufflers, bumpers, tow hooks and cleats along with the boxes and such.

hmmm... looks nice but for a real multipirpose vehicle it is a bit on the smalish side...
the chimera looks rather big in comparision... but i have to say that leverarm looks really good,
also....what i am now thinking of what your army now needs is a
one big enough to actually "bridge" your tanks...some of the faster ones at least....

aye...that is a most sound idea... also for more flexibility you could make your own...the actual ponton structure is not that fancy... so it is doable on your own... and of course you could always get yourself another sabre from OC as well for the substructure...
