Hey all,
I havent played a GW sanctioned tourney since 2004 when i was in high school. We were also playing 4th edition. Back in those days i was too young to really understand doing conversions and scratchbuilding and the like. Since ive picked the game back up i have been doing a lot of converting and building, including Ursarker Creed and Jerran Kell characters. My question is if they would be allowed to play in tournament as their respective characters? I used all GW parts from IG sprues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, actually i do have some pictures. I built these guys for a campaign me and my girlfriend are doing. I am playing IG and she is playing tyranids. I, being a writer, have slaved over fluff. I enjoy a game of WH where you feel an attatchment to your models not just because you've painted them but because you've created their story. The Jeran Kell character that i play is named Philip "Midas" Turner. His nickname Midas came from the golden powerfist that he wields in battle. He is a courageous and outgoing soldier. He recieved the honor of carrying the Derelect 1st Armored standard after a bloody battle for the city gate. An ork boy managed to remove the city standard from its place atop one of the towers. Midas saw this and climbed the tower. When he reached the pinacle he took the Ork on single handedly and proved to be too quick for him. With the fever of victory in his lungs he bellowed to his comrades encouragement, all the while waving the banner of the Derelect capital city. This proved to be a turning point in the battle and Midas carried the banner for the next week until the 1st Armored achieved ultimate victory.













The second character is Chancellor Phias Adenon (pronounced fie-us). He is the Chancellor of War to the Arc of Derelect. He is a Ursarker Creed character. His story begins with his parents. Phias was born into a wealthy, high end family that had a myriad of connections to the Arc. Because of his fathers status in Derelect he was allowed to attend the Military Order and become a student of war. Upon graduating, he immediately became a conscript. Phias loved the heat of battle. He adored the smell of blood and the sound of lasgun fire. He was promoted through the ranks; guardsman, sergeant, captain, etc. It was during the Battle for the City Gate against a major Ork Waaagh that Phias earned his colors. He was already a lord in the Arc's courts and a trusted advisor of the Arc himself. But during this battle, Phias slew an inumerable amount of orks with is fathers power sword. He led a squad of nine guardsman, unfettered, into the fury of the battle and eliminated the warboss of the waaagh. After wards the Arc granted Phias the honor of becoming a Chancellor, one of the royal guard, and told him to find a bodyguard. Phias knew who. That man who had slain the ork on the tower.

I really like that cloak on (counts-as) Creed. Did you green stuff it or is it from another mini range?

Its actually a cut up IG sniper cloak. I greenstuffed around the edges but other wise thats what it is.
