yeah but i also thought about individualizing each tank in more material matters...steampunk is an artform that produces handmade craftsmanship instead of asebly line productions... so each one would look slightly different...this tank for instance has a curved front...the next one could be more blocky looking or the turrets would be built differently... weapon loadsout not regarding this would make individual tanks that still would blend in into an overall scheme...and yep...crew inlfuence is a given thing^^

I can see different shaped turrets on your tanks for such things.

OW! Bad puns! Dozer blades allow you to get through rough terrain w/o breaking down is all.

What you'd want to do for a unicorn-ram would be something like a snowplow, or the prow of a ship- two curved plates, coming together in a point- then the unicorn comes out of that point like the figurehead on a ship.
GENERATION 8: The first time you see this, copy and paste it into your sig and add 1 to the number after generation. Consider it a social experiment.

No, first you need to go to n enchanted forest with a virgin and get her to capture a unicorn for you, then you can tie it to the front of the tank. I'm sure that would all work out well.

well sir robin did indeed run away...and as i recall after the last scenes of Monty Python and the Holy Grail onbly arthur and Bedevere were still there... the rest got mollested by virgins... or were having a good time hanging from trees and getting arested by the police or other pleasantries...
so i am half way through^^
well the idea with the virgin would have been about 8 years too late now...marriage and strange virgins doesn´t go well along^^
at anvildude... hmmm... if i am in a mood i will try myself on that idea...could be nice ideed...
the turret top was very rawwip on that pic it is now a rounded shape and also got a ring around the brim...by the way... this time the tracks will get a cover on the topsections... thus i plan to hide the knots and whatnot that i will be getting when this macramme methode finally kicks into gear...
as for that monsterrabbit of Caerbannog... well i saw someone actually making this one as a demon prince here on this board...
updates of tonights work i will show you fair lot tomorrow...this consists of the top of the mainbody and some sidework and marking the position of the tracks...for tomorrow i will have to copy the detailwork of the first track ...

ouch.... me aching heart... that got straight to into one eye and left through my torn breast....remember... the chief element of steampunk is handcrafted metal and wood...polished and lacquered to a fine look... like a highly valuable piece of furniture or even a musical instrument would look... so the wood i would (hurhurhur) use would still be as tough as armor as steel...for fluff sake^^
really just a steely monster?...
i don´t know if i am capapble of commiting such a style crime...^^

Hmmm, there would be a way to make it Iron or Iron-wood.
For metal slats I would rivet them in a line across the middle, and at each slats' end.
For the wood, leave as is, and paint the right colors for Iron Oak
