They could have posted an excellent pic in the gallery, or perhaps started a ground breaking thread, or is it simply because they've been with this site for ages and deserve it for dedication.

I think I'd vote for KingCracker for being very funny and a generally nice bloke, or MeanGreenStompa for the same reason.
Both can provide a very good and polite opinion without being biased.
