I was on the war store and for the sneak peak for new games workshop stuff it said on December 5 there coming out with a Tryanid Battleforce. Here is the link to the page

I've heard some weird stuff about the new battleforce for instance I read on Warpshadow there are 49 models in the box and Warseer said that there won't be any new models.

I don't think anyone knows what's going on.

I doubt there would be new models in the battleforce as they would be unusable until January when new rules came out.

I could see it if GW included the codex but we know that won't happen so I'm sure it's just current BF repackaged.

I'm not that familiar with US prices but the Skaven Battalion in the UK costs 10% more than the older ones.

They're supposedly moving away from sticking to $90(or equivalent) prices--and moving more towards having the battleforces being force equivalents.

Skaven battalion listed as $105 as well.

GW price increase once again.

All Battleforce and Battalion sets in the US were priced at $90 when the Tau Battleforce was released a few years ago, but starting in 2008 with some of the new Battalions like the Empire Battalion last year, the $90 standard price structure for those sets has been discarded. New Battleforce and Battalion sets since 2008 have had various prices as it was before the $90 uniform pricing that existed for the few years before 2008.

Now what's with those prices at The War Store for the December GW releases? They are not the usual 20% off GW's MSRP, but only 10%. Now that's scary. It's probably a mistake since the top of the page still states everything will be 20% off.

The change to battleforces is this -

Basically, they are saying that any battleforce should be 25% off of retail. Which is why in Australia, the Space Wolves were $145 instead of the standard $150.

But if they changed what's in it, it could have been different. So there is no further fixed price.

This is why I'm going to hold onto my nids, and sell em when they are 'worth' more.

105/10 = 10.5

10.5 x 2=21

105-21=84 so it has got 20% off
