Hey boyzz, searched thru the site but couldn't find any updated news.

Anyone have news in regards to new orky models in the near future?

Skorchas? kans? dreads? big gunz? Anything!?

Well, if you couldn't find any news, then no, nothing is known.

GW are being very tight lipped these days.

However, there is the promise of new character models 'for all our ranges' coming out the end of the month from Direct Sales. Might be Orkses in there, might not.

Plenty of new Ork stuff coming out of Forgeworld lately and more to follow...

There were rumors earlier this year about new Ork plastics by Christmas, but no evidence ever turned up. I sincerely doubt it. The promise of new character models this month means there could be a nice Zogwort or something, but that's about it.

As an ork player, I have to say we've done pretty well in the major overhaul the orks have had recently. There are other armies that GW should turn their attention to sorting out now...

I completely agree but Necrons won't be out til maybe summer 2010 and DE/WH/DH haven't even been discussed yet.

I know its not realistic but GW should update the army completely once the new codex has been released b4 focusing on attention elsewhere lol

well they did release new blood angel termie models, so maby they will release more(space hulk)...

to the OP, you're new and it's not a really big deal but on most forums posting a thread in the news and/or rumors forum and simply asking for rumors instead of searching for them is kinda rude.

As I stated I did do a search and could not find anything, thus I started a new topic with my question.

Was unware it was rude to make a new topic in the rumour section in regards to speculation of any new possibilities to new models.

Anyways, I've heard about the BA release as well..we shall see if it is true!!

Speculation would be best in discussion forums, in this case, the 40k discussion forum. Folks opening the news and rumour section and seeing 'ork models' may well assume you have new pics or bit of information on a new model and get pissy when they realise you are only asking a question rather than bringing something to the table.

As it was said, if you can't find anything then there probably is nothing. If you don't know we sure as hell won't.

At the very least you put a question mark in your thread title, that's worlds better than the clowns who make a new thread about new models, and end up just asking if anyone has seen any...I say that should be a three day ban for every offense, myself.
