Hey Guys I am relatively new to Dakka, I started collecting 40K orks back in the 90's, and have been adding to the Force ever since, even tho I probably have only actually played a few times I know...noob move for sure.

Well...being a slightly bored University student I decided to pick something else up to pass the time. Blood bowl really caught my eye. especially when my local store had a lizardman team just eyeballing me. Well...since i did not have a field....I had to fix that...

I hope to get a few games of BB in over Christmas (apparently my brother in law has a few teams, so I will play with him and my wife when I go over there - woo!).

That's a really cool BB pitch, I'm impressed. It'll be absolutely awesome when it's done. Have you considered making some sort of decorations in the end zones, to make it look like your teams "home field"? With a board like that, it might look very nice.

Your Lizardmen, from what i can see, look very nice as well. I'd like to see some images of those too, when you have them. As an occasional Lizardman player I can't help commenting on that deployment though. It looks a bit too weak in the flanks for a defensive line...

Oh and one more thing, I like that throwing stick, altough won't you have trouble deciding eligible interceptors? (from time to time, at least)

Very impressive - reminds me of a thread I saw here a while back where a guy had made a wooden case / stadium to surround his BB pitch. Incidentally if anyone can link me to that thread I would be most appreciative.
