In the works and due for release next month (or approximately) from some new talent at our studios is some nice stuff for you xenos players.

One of the biggest request we get is more alien race bits, since we pretty much only have space marine conversion kits at this time.

I have two new sculptors hard at work at this time. We wanted to do something for Eldar and Tyranids so we are releasing one conversion kit for each next month.

First up is the alternate heads for Tyranid players. These probably work best for Genestealers (and I think for the new special character genestealers, they would be awesome), they would also work with regular gaunts as well.

Second is our answer to the Eldar Farseer/Warlock Jetbike conversion kit. These will be 2 different figures that will be able to be used with the Games Workshop Jetbikes. You will have to replace the guardians with either the Farseer or Warlock pilot. We are planning on having 2 heads for each figure (I hope) as well as a sword and a spear. Also included will be some nice accessories to make the jetbike itself stand out from the regular ones (runes, new consoles, etc).

We will be releasing more Tyranid bits and models in the near future (I reallly want to do a new "Lictor" sculpt, but cast it in clear resin) .

Check out he finished greens for the bug heads and the concept art and rough greens for the Warlock and Farseer Jetbike kits below.

Happy gaming and kit bashing!

Very nice! A predator style head for Warriors would be the tipping point for a new Nid army here...as they can be troops now. Or an 'Alienids" style head for Warriors .

Any word on the Predator/Rhino kits? Again, great looking stuff!

I am sure we can touch base on the Predator style heads in the near future. The sculptor is a rather avid Nid player who loves to make all sorts of themed bugs (he has "Alien" heads already in his personal collection).

The Predator/Rhino kits are being produced this week.
I sent in for production - MKI Rhino conversion kit, Heavy Predator Armor Kit, Iron Snakes Rhino conversion kit, FleshTearer Shoulder Pads, Celtic Shield, Armored Drop pod Panels.

Pretty interesting month (along with the 90% chance of a major distributor picking up our line).

Hell yes.

If the xenos options can equal the add-ons that are available for Imperials (and Orks, I guess), you'll have a very happy public dropping not a little Xmas cash on your stuff. Good work!

This ?? has been answered many times. Answer is GW can do nothing about it. It's not their product/IP. Otherwise, HR Geiger might want to have a talk with GW.

As long as we don't use GW models in our casting process and don't copy existing sculpts (direct copies) we can make new sculpts in the same style or new.

Thank you everyone for the compliments, I will keep you updated on the process.

Eh, answered by who exactly? By people on the internet who do not know anything but often act like they do?

The fact that GW has not done anything yet does not mean that they will not take some kind of action in the future. Most of the stuff Chapterhouse makes is clearly almost a 100% ripoff of GW product, except it does not have the trademarked logos etc. Personally I do not care much about whether what they are doing is legal or not and as far as I am concerned they can do whatever, but it is not so easily determined if a product that is made with the sole purpose of being compatible with only one specific line of product, and could arguably not exist without it, is breaking any rules or not. Especially if it's shape and form could be mistaken for the genuine product and it could even be said that it is advertised as such.

They are walking a very thin line, and I would not be surprised either if they get in a lot of legal trouble within the next couple of years. Let us hope for them that GW leaves them alone.

Ah, so the possible offender says they are doing nothing wrong, and that is viewed as an actual legit source to provide such an answer?

TBD, that is between Chapterhouse, GW's legal department and the laws of the lands.

Seriously you come out of the woodwork every time they post, or indeed every time anything is posted that goes against your perceived need to protect poor, defenceless GW.

Suck it the feth up and shut up. If you don't like it, go report it to your employers. I'm sure they'll throw you a biscuit for defending their multinational ass on the interwebs from a tiny two man outfit.

The same could be said for GW and much of what they've been doing lately regarding fan sites.

Mr. TBD :

No, it doesn't mean GW won't do anything in the future, but neither does it mean that you have to come into every thread or post relating to this company and raise this/similar issues. Stop it.

GW are quite aware of the existence of this company, I know for a fact, and it's entirely up to them what, if anything, they will do about them. Constantly raising your issues or doubts over their service achieves nothing. If you have nothing else to add to these threads then don't post in them, or you won't be posting on Dakka at all.

Thanks for the backup, TBD if you want to hire a lawyer like we did and post what you find out, please feel free to do so. Until then please stop hijacking our threads with pointless debate.

I would like to think GW can see that we do not really sell any whole kits, and in order for anyone to use our products they pretty much have to own a GW product. If anything we are helping their sales (cant use a stealer head with a body, or a jetbike pilot without the jetbike).

Well Mr. red8n, as should be obvious my post was a response to another post where something incorrect was claimed, which was in turn a response to a question asked by someone else. That was the reason I posted. As in: without that comment I would not even have posted in the thread.

Are you familiar with the concept of responding to something, and it's difference from raising issues? There happens to be a quite fundamental difference between the two.

Or do you mean to say that you allow incorrect statements to be made at Dakka, but not a response to them? If so any confirmation on this would be nice, just so we know where we stand.

Constantly raising issues and doubts over their services

Can you elaborate? When have I ever before "constantly" commented on any of their (Chapterhouse's) services? I sure can not remember doing so. A link to any possible off-mark comments I "constantly" made would be appreciated. If it turns out I did, fine. Otherwise, please think twice before you make accusations next time.

Or are you maybe referring to comments I have recently made about all the whining going on about the C&Ds? Which btw is, or should be, totally unrelated to this. Yes, I certainly made those, and rightfully so.

And are you really threatening me here?

Get this straight: I am very capable of deciding on my own what is appropriate to say on an internet forum and what is not. I am also aware of the forum rules. None of what I have posted has been breaking any of those rules severely enough to warrant threats of taking away posting privileges.

So thanks for the lecture, but I do not need it. Something with completely missing the head of the nail and singling out the wrong person. If you have a different opinion, then we disagree. Ban me if you like, suspend me, or whatever it is called around here. I am sure some kind of excuse or creative interpretation can be found to justify it. Do not think for one second that I care though.
