I started playing wargames over a year or two ago and got so warn out from school and work that i took a break. I played warmachine and 40k. With school almost done and the fact that my work is better i have decided to start again and would like some advice on what to play. The thing i enjoyed most out of the hobby was the painting and modeling the game itself came second. I want to start painting and playing again but do not know what game to play. I have narrowed it down to 3 games - Warmachine, Hordes, or Warhammer Fantasy. These three interest me the most but i can only afford to play one and could use some advice/comments. Also if any are wondering i have picked what factions i would play -Warmachine = Khador Hordes = Trollbloods and Fantasy = Dwarfs.
So i guess i am looking for an idea of what people think of these choices i have before me.

Thanks in advance.

Good times!

Might be worth getting the current 'Skull Pass' WFB if you're thinking Dwarfs - there's talk that they won't be in the next box-set.

I almost always agree with Albatross, I can't see why anyone wouldn't.

Okay, so the male version of "Cougar" is now officially "Albatross".
