Unaltered subjects of the Omnissiah please see nearest Cogitator or Augmented Mechanicus Adept for translation to Low Gothic.
yes ladies and gents. the 1's and 0's actually say something. The next tank is nearly complete/ fully modified. and I am just trying to be cute by putting a whole thing of Binary in. As if im correct Tech Preists, or subjects and followers of the Mechanicus communicate in Binary (or a 40k version of it.) I'll chuck out the binary and translate it , soon as the pictures are uploaded

Quantum Singularity Cannon. РHeavy Quantum energy reactor mounted to rear of Armored fighting vehicle known as \"Leman Russ Battle Tank\". Highly charged anti particles and other quantum energies are projected through a device that uses heavy magnets to project the particles forwards at foes of the Emperor and Omnissiah. Creates temporal disruption or singularity that tears targets apart at a molecular level with untold force. results in vaporization. singularity life span in nano seconds. Singularity then collapses and causes mass discharge of energy. Test results promising from recovered prototype from vault 959 level 91 planet Schrott. Field tests required. Deploying with 91st in short order after proper rites and incantations preformed.

Another update.
The Rocket Colossus has its heavy bolter bolted on the front end and only needs to be based and painted.
Same with the Quantum Singularity Cannon Russ (Which will be a Demolisher, with no sponsons)
Now I have a Punisher under construction. a long 4 barreled Gatling gun modeled after the Vulcan cannons in real aircraft bolted to the side of an armored cockpit like the Hammer Cannon Vanquisher.
hopefully will have a heavy ammo belt and big ammo drum.
the 4 barrels spin. Not by themselves mind you, but I thought it would be a nice touch if they could.
I still have 2 Leman Russes. 1 Exterminator (which is staying as one) and another Battle tank that need modification.
I already have at least 1 of every variant (except the Annialator, the duel lascannon one which isn't in the codex)
The new Quantum Singularity Demolisher will complete my Demolisher squad.
Maybe another Executioner? I already have the Tesla tank harnessing the power of Lightning (which is essentially plasma anyways), and a salvaged and upgraded traditional Executioner cannon.
I have come across the concept of Atomic Shaped Charges. Which if you know how an RPG works then its the same principle but uses a nuclear bomb as the explosive that turns the metal cone into a ultra hot jet of destruction. The data I've found has the X-rays of the nuke turn a large plate of tungsten into an ultra hot beam of plasma.
Best guess is that 40k tech would allow for very small nuclear explosives that could operate as the propellant in a bullet with a thick layer of Tungsten or perhaps Adamantium (for more 40k-ness) as the "bullet" which would create a beam of plasma to kill targets. That's probly not how it would work in reality but when there are huge fungus creatures that have equipment that works on the principle of "I belive it works therefore it does" it doesn't matter does it?
Im sure with some creative work I could build what would essentially be a weapon system that fires these devices in a 3 round burst (like the 3 rounds a executioner fires). And due to the device essentially creating plasma from the shaped charge device it keeps the obvious plasma weapon strengths like the good strength and AP. But what it would look like im nto sure, but ill figure it out.....

The Vulcan Cannon Punisher is complete. essentially a Vulcan cannon torn from an aircraft and bolted onto the top of a Leman russ with an armored cockpit.
It now only need basing and paint of course.
a heavy power supply on the rear supplys the gun with ammo and power.
2 more hulls left. An Exterminator and Executioner.
One Steam Tank and the other using a Atomic Shaped Charge Blaster.

The Atomic Shaped Charge Cannon, Exterminator has had most of its turret assembled. it needs bitz and pieces attached now, like wires, coils, rivets, etc.
The idea is simple.
An atomic reaction is created (i.e a small thermonuclear bomb goes off), and through a series of incredibly powerful magnets, its focused into a blast of lethal plasma.
In this case, a thermonuclear device about the size of your fist is loaded into the firing chamber, and the reaction is started with a small laser beam. The magnets kick in and contain the blast which is then directed out of the "barrel" of the weapon in 3 high energy discharges (the 3 plasma cannon shots of the Executioner cannon).
The tanks turret itself is not manned, with the gunner and commander inside the hull which has increased room due to the removal of the bulky battle cannon ammo rack. The entire crew has a thick anti radiation plate bolted to the roof of the inside of the hull to prevent themselves from being incinerated by the inevitable radiation that would result of using the weapon, but so far tests have shown the magnets keep the radiation contained but its still unsafe to be outside of the machine during firing unless you wish to be blasted by the secondary Alpha, beta, and Gamma radiation.
The magnets generate immense amounts of heat which has them have 4 large cooling vents along the barrel.

trying to cover the green bitz on the Quantum Singularity Cannon Russ with painters tape for basing. Will hopefully get them painted soon.
The Atomic Shaped Charge Russ is still getting bitz and pieces put on it. should get its riveted turret armor on soon alongside its wires and coils.

The turret of the Atomic Shaped Charge tank is complete.
I just need to build sponsons for it, base it, and paint it.
I want it to be a kind of jumbled mess of wires, cables and equipment that keeps the high energy reactions under control. basically holding a explosion together by using duct tape. The sponsons will be no less bulky when built, with a large intake on the back of them to keep the system cool with a heavy muzzle on the front.
the Colossus should be done painting later today. along with the Vulcan Punisher.
ill get those up later today.
Im tinkering with a weird hybrid idea. Rhino chassis + Chimera armored body.
The overall hull, tracks and front of a Rhino/Razorback with the middle being the crew bay of the Chimera with the large door on the rear and all. im not 100% on it, so the idea may end up scrapped and the razorback converted to something else, but it looks good in my minds eye.

The Vulcan Raven Punisher tank is ready for combat.
The name is from a boss character from Metal Gear Solid 2 who was able to pick up and fire a Vulcan cannon with the power supply strapped to his back (the gun itself weighs 200+ pounds, and the power supply is nearly a ton, all of which weigh as much as a car. including the recoil which is like a super powered jackhammer)
the colossus is nearly done. it should get up soon.

Rocket Colossus up and running.
The rain poored. it never seemed to stop. But all and all it didn't really matter to David, he was in a heavy bunker waiting for the enemy to come with his trusty lascannon by his side. The Governor had denounced the Imperium a few years ago and only a week ago did the "Imperium" show up to have a word about it. David had maned this same smelly bunker since then and had popped at least 3 tanks. The Artillery had tried to smash the bunkers, including his but so far they were unable to crack the thick ferrocrete and durasteel. So the shelling stopped as quickly as it started and now he waited.
In the distance he could see the forces mustering for another attack, like little ants running around in the ant farm he had as a child. Sleep began to slowly drift in. As Davids eye lids met, an earthshattering howling sound snapped him out of it. He rushed to the slit in the bunker only to see a bright bolt streak in and smash into the bunker to the left of his. The impact split the structure in two, flattening the roof and caving it in. A roar of a thousand voices and hundreds of engines followed as the attack began. David grabbed the lascannon and took aim at the first thing he could see, a chimera clad in olive drab trundling forward past the remains of the bombed bunker. With a squeeze of the trigger a bolt of light exploding from the barrel and blasted a hole through the thin armor causing a eruption of fire to engulf the chimera. Another howl split the air, but in the distance David could see the streak of light soar from behind the enemy lines, climbing high into the dark sky before coming down upon another bunker nearby.
David tried to aim at a on coming Baneblade but the las bolt was absorbed by the heavy armor of the tank, it turned its main gun towards him and promptly fired, the impact blew him back from his gun. but the bunker held if only just. Another howl told David that it was over as he lay sprawled on the bunker floor. So he closed his eyes and let sleep come.
Overall im not satisfied with the paint. I am possibly going to go over it again.
Also, small "poll",
I have gained 3 chimeras, that are in rather poor shape. 2 of which I've disassembled to their original elements.
IM not sure what to do with them all.
I have so far 2 ideas.
1. Build a Seige vehicle with double wide tracks and mount a heavy weapon of some sort in the chassis. and use the remaining chimera for something else
2. remove the tracks from 2 of them and use them to construct a second Malcador Defender from the other Panzer 4 hull I have and having the now trackless chimeras turned into Hover Chimeras (much like the Hover Tank, Leman Russ) with the 3rd chimera modded into something else.
The Hover Tank (named Steel Fury) and the Malcador Defender (Citadel of Vengence) are in the blog. The designs of the new ones in idea #2 will be different (like a Hover Chimera) but they are there if anyone wants to see them.
Those are my ideas so far. if no one suggests one or the other or even another idea I might flip a coin or something
enjoy.

M65/ AT Atomic Shaped Charge Projector code named "Atom Smasher" is complete, and now requires paint.
The sponsons are bolted on, cobbled together from multiple other tank pieces, each sponson is from a different tank. the exaust is from the remnants of a necron obelisk guns, cooling equipment on its rear is what's left of the antenna equipment from another leman russ tank.
its entire turret assembly is another entire myriad of loose parts.
It should get a paint job at some point. but I need to get some base paint.
I have finally begun starting on the War Zeppelin.
The 4 lower prop engines are built/being built, perhaps a jet engine will be on its dorsal section.
The bombs are made, the original proposed bombs would have been way of in scale.
Its bomb rack is built and attached (the large spike on its bottom)
IM hoping to attach several guns and cannons to it, cause you cannot have enough guns...
Im thinking If I attached a leman Russ turret (stripped down) its scale would make it equivalent to a Quake cannon or other huge gun.
Im thinking... my best bet for retaining my sanity (in terms of keeping the aircraft intact) would be to magnetize the engines since they are thin and could easily break.
by magnetizing the struts connecting to the aircraft itself. instead of the engines on the end of the struts.
The Hover chimeras are going through designs. Im planning to use the old road wheels (since these are older chimeras) clustered together to make the hover engines or locomotors or whatever you want to call them.

Also, there is supposedly going to be an Apoc battle at some point in the future in a small tourney at my local store.

unfortunately the giant Atomic Cannon can't be used or the War Zeppelin but everything else can be used.... all of it.... and I have most if not all of the data sheets for them in a binder, but the new apoc rules will be provided anyways.

Update
Recently found out I had accidently sold a Soulgrinder that belonged to a friend of my brother (and it was in the giant pile of bitz I got the new tanks for). I didn't know it was his until recently and the new owner has already modified it for his own purposes. Strange thing, the friend has an IG army and no chaos, what he would have done with it im not sure. But Anyways I promised him to get him a tank in return for the accident.
He wouldn't stop pestering me for a Exterminator I had so I through together a battle tank for him from scrap parts including a spare tank turret, Chimera hull and so on.
He has it now and he has shut up.
Its a simple build that I banged together in less then an hour.
Origionally I had a plan to build a Ragnarok (an Old Krieg Tank that looks a lot like a KV-2)
But shortly into construction I knew If I put too much effort into building a Ragnarok I would get attached and not give it up.
Its a Chimera Hull, stripped down Leman Russ turret (with chimera turret bottom to hold it into the hull), spare sponsons, a lascannon glued to the front with palsticard rounding it out.
It serves its purpose and would easily count as a standard Leman Russ Battle Tank.
The Hover Chimera is progressing. its Lift engines and forward propulsion engines are in place along with a heavy bolter in the hull.
Perhaps I could bolt together a Ragnarock later for real.

Bolted together a Bastion for the up coming tourney I am in. Its a friendly local store tourney, I am mostly in it for the Apoc. I would never really go to a big "official" tourney... Im sure my modifications would throw some of the officials for a loop if not some players.
Bastion with my baneblade Thunderfury for scale
Anyways. The bastion is your standard issue Imperial Bastion (one story of bolters, roof mounted las, etc). The original plan was to have the entire thing fold out into a large tank-like vehicle much like the MCV of the Command and Conquer Red Alert Series (more specifically the 3rd version, whose MCVs are practically moving buildings in their own rights, with the former ones being large trucks).
The mechanics behind such a design would have been overly complex series of inter-leaved plastic pipes and other mechanics and supports... which you can imagine which... while the idea of such a thing is really cool (Hey I can make my Bastion into a "Tank" for a turn, move it elsewhere, and turn back into a Bastion!), the overall fragility of the design would be its downfall. not from a gameplay perspective, but from a transport and handling aspect in reality.
Even with the modular design of the bastion allowing for larger structures with multiple kits, the amount of plasticard tubes and their arrangement would be mind boggling.
Either way I have a complete Imperial Bastion infront of me as a quick build. Im sure I could put together a quad gun should I feel like it.
For the Extermiantor Russ I have sitting around I think I could turn it into a steam tank. replacing the hull with a large boiler like that of a steam train with large pistons and what not powering the treads.
The demolished Minotaur has been stripped of its guns leaving just a T-34 hull. Im thinking of turning into one of those Neutron Laser wielding Valdor tank hunters since the original minotaur super structure has been obliterated, with the remaining Panzer 4 hull possibly becoming another variant of a Malcador (have Defender, have Infernus, have Annialator,).
In terms of choice between Malcador variants removing the battle tank since compared to the alternatives is not that great In this order im leaning toward Annialator, Infernus, Defender.
main reason being is that in the Apoc match I will be matched alongside my imperial allies (and holding more troops no less super heavies then anyone in the store that im aware of...). Its highly probable I will be doing most if not all of the heavy lifting. with my allies mostly composed of Space marines of various kinds, from blood angels to Dark angels to whichever one is obsessed with lots and lots of bikes. My opponents on the other hand will be chaos, eldar x 2, tyranids and tau (I think, ill get more details Thursday)
with so many different opponents presents tons of problems. Overall I will be just beating them into the dirt with more firepower then any of them could ever hope to muster while leaving MY space marines (Section 9) and my allies dealing with melee and deep strikers. That and its unlikely they will have many Super heavies, and if they do they will be out numbered by far and will be crushed under the weight of my superior fire power....
That and the Apoc match is a while away. im certain I can manufacture several more machines to swing the apoc battle further in my favor. after all.... its a "Bring everything you got" match... *cue maniacal laughter *
edit: the Hover chimera is based. just needs paint. should be done soon.

Pic-less update.
Birthday came and went. 22 now.
Got a wee little Stuart tank (M8 Tank destroyer variant with the open turret and 75mm gun) for my birthday along with a few other things, from pictures I've seen of the model online, it should make a perfect Leman Russ. But what to bolt on it?
I've heard of those grav guns the new space marines have. Too bad they don't have rules for a tank mounted version (that I know of), I would bolt one on a tank and run it ASAP, tourney has lots of MEQ in it, on bikes, pooring out od drop pods, chaos powered you name it. Only thing not MEQ is myself (not counting MY "Space Marines" Section 9), a few ELdar, a Tyranid I saw on the roster (who I don't think I have met yet.) and a Tau.
Anyways, the little Stuart will be modified but I don't know what to put on him.
Make suggestions (state weapon type, and codex gun, EX: Quantum Singularity Cannon - Demolisher). Or it could be straight up equipped with a Battle Cannon or something and its open topped turret bolted closed (or given some sort of super structure on top of it.)
I want to complete another squadron (i.e a trio of Leman Russ varients.) I have completed the Battle Tanks, Vanquishers, Executioners, and Demolishers. Perhaps another Eradicator to root out the Eldar and Tau who cling to their cover for dear life? Or the Bike swarm marines. WHile the eradicator can't crack their armor save, they would be making three times the saves (I would use my Rocket Collosuss on them but they would move into minimum range first turn.) loosing their more powerful speed based cover save to an eradicator barrage might bring them down.
I saw the new Centurions, I bet I could do better (or atleast have my own version). Based on the Zone Armor from Tiberium Wars, I bet I could build a tough Centurion for Section 9. If not to play with but to build for fun.
Anyways. Ill to work soon.

UPdate:
Didn't get my Apoc Match.
The reason was simple. No one could match my firepower (at all) even if all the players teamed up to fight me (6 vs 1). That and I was late (due to circumstances that I cannot control).
Having under my command 13 super heavy vehicles (Im not allowed to bring the Habringer or the Kirov....meh, otherwise I would count them)
What I would have faced would have been roughly 6 guys 1 IG, 1 Dark Angels (who were painted red ironically), Green Tide orks (target practice that comes in big green blobs), another Ig, Eldar and Eldar.
each had roughly 3000 points a pop (or for some only 1750 but their allies covered the rest)
and Im preety darn sure I have more then all of them combined. Or at least I brought more then all of them combined (just in case)
Everyone there agreed that the amount of Apoc sized templates I could throw around (including the sheer number of standard templates) I would have wiped the one of the 3 man teams off the board in a single turn and then wipe the other team off second turn.
None of them had super heavies to challenge mine. But they had plenty of flyers (in total about 6 or more. 4 dakka jets, 3 vendettas, and 1 Storm hawk or whatever the flying space marine transport is named). I quickly conluded my Hydras could take them also with the Bastions las cannon along side my own Vendettas. The Tornado and the SkyHammer, that and I could easily just throw rounds skywards until things fell from the sky.
They owe me a Apoc battle.
Anyways, The wee little Stuart turned Erradicator is underway. just a hull currently. The weapon system might end up either a Proto-Grav weapon, early variant that due to age and loss of technically data is reduced to a pulse of crushing gravity that cannot be stopped by cover but is not terribly powerful. Or a Microwave weapon with a large dish on its top to direct the microwave beam on targets, unfortunately Power armor is able to protect from the Microwave beam but all it needs is a tiny opening and it can cook them alive (failed armor save), but due to its energy beam Cover does not save you from the weapon.
ill get a picture for it later.

This is from my laptop so I have no pictures to show.
But, things are slow due to classes and things (that and I've run out of glue, gonna run by the store today).
Still under construction.
Proto-Grav Stuart
Finishing the Bastion (paint wise)
New: using a pair of Leman russ tracks (the middle hull is missing), im working on a Laser Destroyer Tank hunter (aka a turret-less LR with a hull mounted lascannon on steroids), but the concept is a variant of a Ship borne Macro Cannon. If you read into how the great Navy battleships macro cannons work, they use magnetic propulsion. Its not detailed if they are used like a Coil Gun or a Rail gun but the design of the weapon for the tank is based on the current REAL prototype railguns (yes, plural) under development. One from BAE systems and the other from General Atomics. Mine will be a hybrid of the 2 designs and some 40k and imagination thrown in.
I've considered that the Neutron laser wielding Valdor could use an earlier and bulkyer version of this weapon. Due to it being an earlier attempt at creating the weapon it could have the Feed back which the valdor suffers from (the tank can hurt itself with the immense output of energy it unleashes) along with the larger round being able to disable tank crews from the impact alone.
I also am trying my hand at detail painting for a contest. A simple "Paint a Space Marine" one. He's not done, but knowing what im against I dout ill win. But its good practice in the end. Even if I will never do super detail on troops (I like my sanity thanks!)
Ill get back with pictures and things soon as I can.

Finnaly a proper update.
I've managed to get some time and tinker with the Coil Gun/Railgun Tank.
Fluff wise I've found that the great Macro Cannons onboard Imperial Nay Space craft use magnetic acceleration but that's all it says. My guess is they are more Coil Guns then Railguns due to their shape using a series of magnetized coils to propel the projectile to insane speeds. Supposedly the Nova Cannon (ship borne version) is a REALLY BIG coil gun like the smaller Macro Cannons. So either way the Imperium does have access to magnetic accelerator weapons but seem to be unable to make it smaller (or unwilling). My wee little tank is once more a far flung experiment to make such a weapon system smaller. Discarded on the fact that its power source had major feed back issues in the earlier versions (the one I will mount to the T-34-85 hull for the Neutron Laser Tank will be an earlier attempt at the technology), but were sorted out in the latest version which was shrunk down into a Leman Russ chassis.
It has been deemed that it requires rigorous testing to prove itself worthy of full scale production, and knowing the terrible paperwork involved it will be a one in a 10 to the 42nd power chance for such a thing to happen. On part of its occupational Hazard as a war machine and that there is only one in existence so the data gleaned from it will trickle in very slowly.
Also have my Bastion painted except for some washing.
Ill get a picture of the Lascannon on its top later. I didn't bother to paint the comms array but I have it on hand should I choose to do so.

Rail Cannon tank construction complete. named the Rail Driver. I think its named after a gun in a game I played a while ago but I can't remember.
" 'Rail-Head' on the left, taking shots at our buds" Maxwell mumbled into the intercom.
"Its a Hammerhead Class Anti Armor Vehicle, Xeno (Tau) Battle Tank, I told you that" Adept Brassgear retorted into the "Rail Drivers" intercom system.
"I don't care what its called.. line up the shot" snapped Sargent Hamill
The inside of the Rail Driver was cramped with all 3 men nearly back to back as Maxwell held the driver and fire controls in front, Hamill on a command chair with the periscope to his face in the middle and Tech Adept Brassgear in the back, tapping on various keys and buttons while adjusting knobs and slides left and right. The display buzzed as the Hammerhead was in the crosshairs, "Lined up!"
"FIRE!"
The vehicle lurched as a shell was blasted through its barrel by incredible magnetic forces, plasma blooming out of the barrel from the high voltage discharge. On the display the Hammerhead's hull seemed to implode as the hyper velocity shell smashed its way clean through, the vehicle belching flames before collapsing on the ground as its Grav drives failed. The Tau around it fell about in confusion, trying to find their attacker.
"Recharge! Reload!" Hamill yelled as he scanned the area with his periscope. "initiating Reload sequence!" The tech adept replied as he began chanting under his breath, flipping switchs and spinning dials as the tank began to hum as its enormous power source woke up, charging the high voltage capacitors. The auto loader clunked against the breach of the heavy Rail Cannon before hissing to a stop as the breach closed with a thunk, "Ritual of Reloading complete!" the Adept sang out. A series of beeps from the screens told of the capacitors charging sequence finishing, "She is ready to fire again."
"We got a 'Fish, looks weird, paints different from the others" Hamill said, still peering through his periscope.
"Allow me" Brassgear spoke, connecting himself to the tanks systems with a mechadendrite. "Hmm.. perhaps its for a leader or something" the Adept pondered.
"That's good enough for me, lining 'er up" Maxwell said as he directed the tank to take aim at the brightly colored Devilfish hiding behind the rest of the Tau forces
"Lined up!"
"Fire!"
Once again the Rail Driver lurched as its fired its prototype railgun, the shell soaring over the Tau before smashing its way through the DevilFishes side armor, causing the engines to exploding on a flurry of flames. Several figures fled from the burning APC, one ran flailing as its garments were engulfed in flames before falling dead. The Tau forces erupted in confusion and anger. Several plasma blasts wizzed by the RailDriver, "Time to go!" shouted Hamill prompting Maxwell to whip the tank around on its treads before tearing away. exhaust billowing from its twin exaust pipes and steam coming off of the massive radiator on its rear.
Overall im satisfied with the little tank. Im going to add a small periscope to it before I base and paint it. The massive engine in the rear powers the gun and the tank, utalising the duel pipes to vent exaust and a radiator on its rear. The radiator pulls double duty, cooling the engine as well as the other systems in the tank, It also doubles as a sort of carrying handle, that I can pick it up with. Its big railgun has a big muzzle flash suppressor that can't hide the plasma plume but it prevents the tank from being torched by its own gun.
Ill add the periscope and base it soon.
I need to get to work on the Stuart tank or something.

RailDriver nearly done. Just needs to get a coat of wash and some touch ups!
I wanted some more detail so I tried my hand at bluing the engine pipes. bluing is when heat from the engine causes the chrome to turn a shiny blue color, I am sure there is far more to it then that but I just wanted the color in there.
His periscope is affixed to the top and for the most part he is ready to roll!!
I just need to figure out what to do next. I know I have some stuff half built but I don't know which to do first!
Stuart Tank (Microwave Projector Array) or T-34 Neutron Laser Tank (Railgun Prototype)?

I have a picture of my whole army (4th update). But its not up to date. the units missing are the Quantum Singularity Tank, Vulcan Punisher, new RailDriver, and Atomic SHaped Charge Tank. (all those on this page.) The Rocket Gryphon and Rocket Colosssus are included but neither of them is painted in the picture. Its on Page 9 of the blog. towards the bottom. Ill get an updated picture soon.

RailDriver washed and finished.
Its power plant has been washed too.
Ill get to work on something else soon.
I won't be doing anything over thanksgiving though. I won't be home.
I wonder if this Rhino hull could have a open topped cannon turret bolted to the top to make a Weapon Carrier? Another Medusa maybe... but that would be after (or before due to the randomness) the Stuart.

Update.
Figured out what to do with the Rhino Hull.
I've covered over the open rear and plan to bolt a turret to the top much like the Siege Tank from StarCraft 2 in Siege mode.
Or at least it will be similar to it. It will be the second Colossus in the motor pool.
As for a Weapon Carrier style vehicle, I've demolished the "tank" I hammered together for my brothers friend (he never took it.... he left it in my brothers room.... even after giving it to him multiple times.)
I've torn off the track assemblies and plan to build a smaller suspension system on the sides crafted from the Hotchkiss suspension and other bitz and pieces.
The Hotchkiss itself will get enlarged tread base due to the suspension being glued on wonky.

Rhino construction done. With the release of Escalation I decided to scrap the StarCraft Siege Tank turret on a Rhino (Colossus) and bolt a box to the top of the Rhino and make a Medusa to crack open any Super Heavies I see (which will be few, but just in case...)
I decided to make the "experimental" portion of the vehicle be its ammunition. With anti matter rounds it can crack open anything, while the bastion breacher rounds have a focusing array in the shell to increase its localized impact damage. i.e the normal shell hits a large area and vaporizes it, the "BB" shells focus all the anti matter generated energy into a much smaller point increasing damage (range is just extra propellant like a normal BB round, mainly because no one really wants to be around such a shell when it explodes, so kick it as far as you can!!.)
I decided a simple box would be enough with a Tank Destroyer/ Assault gun look to top it off. the Heavy Bolter that is supposed to be hull bound is up on the left side (like a chimera) but its on a remote controlled external mount, in-game it will be fired from the location of the real thing (dur). With a taped on rocket for a Hunter killer and the spotter kneeling on a platform in the rear, I think its all done minus the paint (of course).
Ill get back when im done painting it.
