GW reads the "XIthe Edition Rumours" Thread on Dakka.... Management decides to enact every single proposed idea with a "community rolling XIth edition".
Thus allowing multiple restarts of XIth' rules and approach within the 3 year timespan.
11th Edition is fun and embraced by the internet without complaint.
