i think the list would be pretty kompetitive,

using the kommando's to infiltrate into cover and flank the enemy to be an immediate threat,

2nd Unit of Kommando's in support of the first unit

the trukk boyz would be thier support/scoring unit

Ghaz could deploy in any BW(most likely with the MANZ), on a mission to show'em who Da Boss(biggest enemy threat/or most prized unit)

The MANZ would drive to the heart of the enemy(to ensure they reach kombat)

The 'Ard boyz drive to an enemy held OBJ. or support the MANZ

The shoota boyz drive around as londg as they can to park on an Obj. in the BW(of course they could do something else if needed)

Loota's shoota EN transports, Large Squads

How do you think this would Fair?

I'm pretty sure that Kommandoz are 5-10 unit...

Some people play to win, some people play for fun. Me? I play to kill toy soldiers.

You should really throw Snicky into one of those Kommando squads....

I'd consider Snikrot.
Kommandoz with Snikrot can come out from any side of the enemy.
Otherwise, the enemy merely deploys about 13'' away from the smaller edges and your Kommandoz are screwed.

i did consider him

not to worried about flanking with the kommando's as much as being an immediate threat,

if the En deploys across his whole 13" from the sides, then he has thinned his line,

the kommando's would deploy near thier weakest part of the line and attempt to breach it, then I will ram everything through that hole

Every edge, not only short edges, but also long edges...

Hard to imagine an opponet player deploy everything 13" away from every edge...if so, they are in ork's charge range.

Well, if its an elite army.
A smart player awaiting your Kommandoz from a short edge will eventually deploy in the centre.

I dont wish to Outflank only to Infiltrate 12" from the Enemy
(depending if i get first turn, 18" if not)

then they are a distration on turn one
"wow, there's 30 kommando's with 6 PW's right beside me turn 1)

Not

How will you deal with:

- If you deploy first, he can see where you are deploying, and conveniently place troops 1 inch away from his deployment line.

- If he deploys in transports, even if he deploys right up to the line, haven't you just provided him with 400ish points that he can rapid fire or counter-assault on turn at the expense of two ~35 point transports?

- If you aren't going first, or you aren't going to be in in an assault on turn 1 if you are going first, you've painted a target on your back with relatively expensive boyz, which you can expect to absorb fire. You can say "well at least they aren't shooting/assaulting the other stuff", but you've put more expensive units at risk to protect cheaper units, which seems counter-intuitive. 30 boyz can absorb the same amount of punishment for half the price.

If you are fielding a couple of units that don't have a task to accomplish, then you probably shouldn't field them. If you have a goal in mind with the units, and you think you can overcome those hurdles without difficulty, then it sounds great.

i thank you for your view
i would deploy them in cover of course, and they deploy after both sides put down thier forces as Im Infiltrating them, (good point to watch how far they infiltrate though)

all the units have tasks boyz will capture OBJ.
everything else is fightin so the boyz can have the obj.'s
empty vehicles will move to kontest other obj's

im not really trying to kill the enemy, but to win the mission, i figure the Kommando's would give him something to worry about before leaving his deployment zone giving me the Initiative and forcing him to react to my moves there-after

I didn't know Trukk boyz mobs could have 112 boyz?
