Fellbeast marks a return to form after the Beastmen shockers they're about to release. As for the others, remember that LoTR minis are on a smaller scale which doesn't work so well in extreme close up.

Pretty cool. Something about that Fellbeast's head seems weird. Big huge grin I guess. But yeah the model seems like a great starting point for a Harpy conversion.

I'd like to 3rd or perhaps 4th the Fellbeast - Harpy conversion plans.
I reckon hack the head off, clip and smooth the spines, add suitable Bio-Weapon arms, add a Carnifex head, and then use the armour plates/greenstuff to Nid it up a bit. Hurrah! Wings are fantastic, though £20 says you will never get them as a seperate piece.

Looks like someone on the citidel design team (the person who does the uber models for each army from guard onwards) took a small break from his 40K and fanasty for a quick trip to middle earth. That felbeast does look smashing.
