I think I over-exposed them when taking pictures. It's possibly post-processable, but so far I haven't bothered.

Opinions? What I need to work on? What I've done right? What I should bury at the bottom of the garden in shame? Please, do tell.

I like em. Straight simple and they work for you.

What technique did you use this time round? Might adapt them for my Ork job lot.

I really like these.

Call me strange but I have grown to really love a good painted yellow on orks.

I will probably add a vehicle or a group of boys soon from a bad boys clan to my horde.
Just hope I can pull off the yellow as well as you have.

Oi!! Which Butt'n makes dis ting go!?!

For the yellow I did a coat of Iyanden followed by a coat of Golden Sun. I then washed the Golden Sun with Gryphonne Sephia, went over it with a single coat of Golden Sun, followed by Golden Sun highlights, followed by Sunburst Yellow highlights and finally, accidental dabs of Thrakka Green wash (The Thrakka Green was accidentally dabbed on when applying it to the skin).

For the skin, it was Orkhide Shade, then Goblin green, then a couple of Badab Black washes, then a goblin green broad highlight, then a scorpion green highlight. I contemplated going one higher with a Scorpion:Bleached bone mix, but decided against it. I then washed it down with Thrakka Green.

The black was done as before, and the brown was done the same too, minus the ogryn flesh wash and the badab black wash.

The metal was just Ogryn Flesh and Badab Black over chainmail (because I'm too cheap to buy boltgun).

I take from the lack of comments on the skull-headed Nob WIP that it was a bad idea?

Just wondering

Nice coloring on the yellow. So many times I've seen it go bad, my own efforts not being the exception.

Liking the yellow here, and good to see that the ol Iyanden>Golden Yellow>Gryphonne combo works so well for the orks. Also liking the use of Scorpion Green

He blocked a melta shot with his face.

On the topic of skully there, does anyone have an idea of how to paint his head? Normal bone will just look weird, so I need an idea.

LOL

You're worried about normal bone looking weird? You're already beyond that!

Base coat dehneb stone, wash with delvan mud, then dry brush some bleach bone and splatter some blood red.
